This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. When I stayed last year, the room floor and location were better than this time! A bit disappointed this time! Hope there will be improvement next time!

Stayed for the second time. Arrived at the hotel at 11am. The front desk checked for available rooms and checked me in early. The deposit of 5,000 baht was refunded upon check-out. The hotel also provided some snacks and a few bottles of Coke and Sprite for free. The hotel environment is really good. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to Pattaya North Bus Station. There is a shopping mall downstairs. It is super convenient. The Songthaew Station to Jomtien is opposite the hotel. I don't like that I was not arranged to stay on the 31st floor this time.

We were very satisfied with our stay as we could see the ocean from our room. The kids were happy with the free snacks and juice in the room. We made one reservation for three people, but it was disappointing that only two amenities were provided each time.
