Good location if you want to be close to walking street etc. But you might get some uninvited guests when the lights are off. I don’t want to be too strict though as Thailand is a very hot country with a lot of bugs and the room was otherwise clean. Staff are very helpful as well.

We are a group of 5, however, we are just given with one room key; no tissue paper in the dinning room (maybe there’s misunderstanding from the landlord that we’d need toilet paper);

No curtain to give privacy from the dozens of condos just across, and broken door handle. Completely unsafe so I didn’t stay, and yet they refused to refund me. AVOID THIS TRASH SPOT.

The cleaning staff responded quickly to my concerns about a sandy couch although for for towel changing you need to pay.
Location is good, be sure to have s working # to call the landlord at the gate.

Sorry to say, it was awful the choice I had made. I don’t mind old houses but at least with good maintenance. Not enough lighting cause two lamps were burned, from the living room. The garbage box was still dirty despite had a plastic bag before it. The laundry machine was too old and damaged. The hanger was also damaged and left it on the balcony like garbage and I try to recover it. I found, should be there long time, two cigarettes butts over the laundry area. No Wai I will recommend to anyone

Check-in procedures were difficult and confusing. First of all, there was nobody at the apartment to help us . Secondly the guy who was supposed to handle this matter was driving on the road. He refused to stop driving to help with the check-in process. Since we did not have the local telephone calling card, we could not call him for help and had the borrow a cell phone from the security guard. The staff used WeChat for communication which was not so popular until you were a Chinese. The entry lock was an old fashion lock which used a physical key for operation. We had to find the key through a few steps like treasure hunting. It could have been much easier if the lock is an electronic lock operated with password or PIN. When we booked the room, it was not mentioned that it was actually an Airbnb. There was no services at all and no daily cleaning. I could have find a better real hotel at a lower price if I knew it was not a hotel.
Response from Property: This is my reception. I am here to claim this bad review. Usually my attitude is very friendly and patient, but this is an exception. First of all, it is wrong to distinguish guests by region. But this guest is from Hong Kong. Although we checked in The message on the Internet said that we need to contact us in advance, but in fact there was no contact in time. When we arrived at the apartment, there were security guards who would help us contact our customer service. So when the guests arrived at around 9 o'clock in the evening, they called me in very proficient Cantonese, but it was really Sorry, I really don’t speak Cantonese, so I tried to communicate with the guest in English and told the guest that I was driving. I hope he can contact our customer service and whatapp, but the guest said there was no such thing, so we told the guest that we can provide Line or WeChat. It is very difficult for me to speak both Chinese and Hong Kong English. But I do not speak Cantonese, so I have a big problem in communication. It is also difficult for customers to understand what I say. We may have a Cantonese customer service in the future~ I am sorry

The entire room is dirty and the furniture is worn-out and wardrobe can't close. The noise from downstairs is extremely loud at night, making it impossible to sleep. I chose to stay here based on the rating of 4.7 stars, but upon checking in, I realized it doesn't even deserve a single star. I was deceived by the online reviews. If you want to have a happy trip, don’t book this!

It’s near the beach ,around have many indian resturant ,bar all around .. to beach to walk around 7-10min away .. nice and clean room .. nice apartment
