Over expectation with ice cream buffet in the afternoon while you can enjoy the privately quiet sea view. The room is clean and well designed. Breakfast is unlimited à la carte and very tasty. Very recommended place that you should experience and don’t believe by reading this review only. Book now!!!

The room is a bit old and we didn’t try out the food. But they have extremely friendly and welcoming staff. They provided us with helpful advice on dining options. We were also delighted to be served complimentary welcoming drinks when we arrived and takeaway sandwiches and water, again, for free, when we left. Despite the location being a bit far from the walking street and the beach, buggy car services were prompt and convenient. The car took us to fantastic restaurants nearby (the *****, the oxygen) promptly for free. The place is completely reachable with Grab, so location was not a problem at all. The sea view, especially during sunset was just splendid and made our stay all worth it.

The Monttra has potential to be a nice resort but the owner or director of the place need to take care of it. There is constructions work everywhere and bags hanging around. Cracked walls, debris and all sort of things that have nothing to be seen by guests. A lot of maintenance to be done. We didn’t have hot water on our first night (shower or bath). The phone is broken. The private swimming pool keep emptying itself. The service is friendly but English is to be improved. At the moment it can’t be classified as a five stars resort.

Amazing service, food was the best part, you get an 'a la carte' order as much as you want breakfast, never seen that anywhere else. TV was broken upon arrival, had to call to get it fixed. Location is a little out of the way for main pattaya area. Bad smell from the drains in the toilet. Amazing customer service with a smile.

Environment: Very beautiful, with many public lounge chairs covered with sand and fallen leaves. If you want to sit on them, you need to bring your own wet wipes to wipe them clean. Service: The service and luggage delivery staff are very friendly and will take the initiative to provide service. Hygiene: The room is okay, but one of my two bath towels has a thick layer of fluffy dust on it. It's too late and I don't want to bother them. I brought my own disposable bath towels. Facilities: The toilet is movable. I always sit down with the wall, for fear that it will move when I sit, and the holes will not match, and then when I flush, something will flow past my feet. 😅. The balcony is sealed. If you want to sit on the balcony, you can only go around the outside and walk up the stairs outside, so the extra money 💰 is equivalent to buying a background. Fortunately, there was no yard with a swimming pool at that time, so I saved a lot of money. I looked at the family with a swimming pool next to me. There was only a shallow layer of foot bath water in his swimming pool, and it was turbid and full of traces of time. Brothers who are going to stay later can pay if they need a background, and they can save a lot of money for others 🙈

This hotel makes me feel so casual, comfortable and peaceful, the environment is so beautiful, the hotel is so clean, and it’s a beautiful beach to live in. The room was very clean and the service attitude was very good. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious. The room is also very exquisitely decorated. The food in the hotel next door is delicious and the environment is also very good.

Very quiet hotel, breakfast is very rich, dinner is also delicious, but the price is a bit expensive and there is not much variety. The disadvantage is that the beach is small and the swimming pool is small. But if you like a quiet environment, it is very suitable. Sea view cabins are generally soundproofed, garden suites are very good

The hotel is just like the photo! The employees were very kind and I was very satisfied. I will definitely go again. It's a little far from downtown Pattaya, so I think it's a good idea to rent a bike. It was the best!
