Good experience in this hotel but it needs to improve so many things I will be more suitable for budget traveller

Booked 2 rooms for 8 nights. This place is old and very rundown. After 4 days tried to get partial refund and leave; they wouldn't refund:and we left anyway. There are many other budget hotels that are much better than this place for about the same cost.

Breakfast o k room cleaning once in the 12 days and I had to request it to be cleaned twice I asked

Bad location for me. Cant walk to beach, Queit at night. Big room and free breakfast.

At first, when I read the reviews, I was secretly afraid. I think it will be very bad. But when I really took a break, there was nothing too serious. When we arrived, we got room 709. Regarding cleanliness, we felt that the floor of the room had dust on our feet and may need to improve on the issue of the bathroom door being damaged and unable to lock. And both the shower and sink faucets are a bit old, rotting and rotating. As for the room lights, adjusting them to be brighter would be great. The bed secretly makes noises every time you move, but I understand that the resort has been open for a long time and there will be some damage. But if this part is improved, it will be very livable. As for the other rooms, we don't know what they are like. Personally, I'm okay with the price that includes breakfast. As for breakfast, the staff at the restaurant were smiling and nice. The food is normal, porridge, toast, salad, the usual break fast, orange juice, coffee, but on that day we had to wait and ask the attendant if our room had breakfast, which he probably forgot to send, which is understandable. As I said, overall for us it's okay. It depends on the person. Those who can accept the above can come and stay. But if you expect 5-star luxury at a price in the hundreds, you'll have to look elsewhere. Which I don't think there is any 😁 Personally, we can live here without any problems because we just rent for a few nights and don't have anything attached.

Don't run away. The bathroom is dirty. At night it rains, the roof leaks, water drips all over the room, soaking it all. The TV signal is not clear and can't be watched. Coffee brought an old packet of sugar to eat.

The main focus is an affordable price. It is a little out of the city, 5-6 kilometers away from the city. If you have friends who rent cars or motorcycles, it is very suitable. The place is big and you can park without fear of being stolen. I am not a person who dislikes this. At a price of over 400, there is really nothing to be picky about, and it can accommodate 2 people.

Location: The location is in the middle of Pattaya City, not close to the busy area. There are restaurants, Lotus supermarket and Macro supermarket nearby. Environment: Much like a vacation home, the location is quite quiet and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Service: The waiters are polite. Facilities: The room is relatively old and the bathroom is average, with only shampoo and shower gel. There are free coffee, tea bags and drinking water, which is acceptable. Features: It has a restaurant, a fitness room and a swimming pool for convenient fitness. Summary: The house price is cheap and the price-performance ratio is good.

I decided to stay here after reading Ctrip's recommendation. I was a little disappointed. The room felt like a motel, the hot water kettle had a lot of scale and was not clean, and the breakfast was quite unpleasant and not to my taste. I won’t stay here again next time
