I thought it was cheaper than the ocean view hotels with good locations, but Wi-Fi was not available and internet access was limited, so it was a disappointing stay. Even if it cost twice as much in total, I will definitely stay at the hotel in the future. The room also had a slight view of the pier to Koh Lan, so I continued to regret it.

We need parking. We contact the landlord 1 day prior as the document informs via email. to make parking tickets for us But there was no response. Sent a message and read it but didn't reply. We have to pay additional parking fees. Very bad.

The entire public area of the apartment is filled with the smell of various perfumes, which makes you faint. The room is so-so. A small window can see the Pattaya Pier in the distance. It was very noisy downstairs that night, which was not good. Soundproofing, no balcony, small bed, overall bad experience.
