travel here frequently and always my first choice to stay now, reasons are cost, location the location to me is key and main reason nice swimming pool and friendly staff

Poor service that piece me off. However, the location is very convenient to a nightlife.

The lobby is attached to a bar, and there are food stalls nearby, so eating at the bar counter or having a beer by yourself is great!

A long-established restaurant in Buakaw. The attached bike rental shop is very general and not detailed. You can easily rent a bike. There is everything in the area except the beach. You can walk to anywhere. The hotel guests are all elderly white people. Everyone is calm and not noisy. Everyone is enjoying their stay in their own way. The hotel staff maintain a reasonable distance from you. I had a good impression. The room is spacious. The air conditioning is fine. The refrigerator is large. The shower and toilet are sufficient. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. You can hang out your laundry. There is no safe in the room. It is behind the reception and cannot be opened after midnight. Many food stalls are lined up in front of the hotel in the early morning. You will not have any trouble with breakfast. A good hotel for solo travelers. Next time I would like to stay a little longer.

Sutus court 1 is coming home for us. The location, service, friendliness of staff, security. Daily cleaning, the Jacuzzi and the swimming pool make it a very nice holiday accommodation for us. There are many eateries and massage parlors in the lively area.

I have used this hotel a lot over many years, mainly because of the location and the price. Close to Tree Town, Soi Diana, and a 10-15 minute walk to Beach Road. Has not changed a lot over the years but remains worth the price. Just remember you get what you pay for. The mattress was a bit of a challenge. There was a kettle and cups in the room which I don't recall being there last year. Fridge was clean. Large batchroom (shower only). Cleaners were very good, supplying toliet tissue and two bottles of water a day. I was facing Soi Buakhao so it could be noisy until 4am but not so much as to annoy me. Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Could not ask for more. Overall, even though it is looking tired, great hotel for the price and location.

Me and my family stayed here the kids loved the swimming pool and everything is in walking distance. This is my 5th time now staying in this hotel.

Nice place in Pattaya right in the heart of the action of Soi Bukhao and Tree Town. Everything you could ever want is right outside your door. Good wifi and a nice clean room. Staff are great and the pool area is fabulous. There is not a single negative thing to say about this place!

Old tired ok if you want something cheap

I didn't like that there weren't personal safes in the rooms; there were lockboxes behind the front desk, I would have preferred room safes. The locks on the rooms weren't modern - you have to push a button on the interior knob to lock the door and use a key to unlock. vs a modern door that locks and uses a card to unlock. These were minor concerns - overall the hotel was safe and clean and I was very satisfied. Stay here :)
