The room has very bad mouldy smell. We stayed in the triple room XS-21. It's lvl 2 and facing the back of another small old building. It's not the same as the picture posted online. Will never stay there again. Only good thing is there is a swensen below and next to a small night market and 7-11 and directly in front of jontien beach. Other than that, not worth the price we paid. We moved to central prime point after 2N. Paid about the same price but got a more spacious and better room.

I really regretted booking here for 4 days. We had to live in a room we didn't want to be in for 3 days. We booked a room for 2, that is, one large bed. But they just gave us two beds connected 🤦🏾♂️. The WiFi in our room didn't work at all. They even sent a "fixer" to fix our internet, but the "fixer" was old and didn't know what he was doing. The bathtub we were bathing in leaked in both directions, and then the bathroom turned into a swamp. At first, they refused us everything. You can't cancel, you can change the room, but you have to pay extra. And when I started to press that I would complain, on the last day they gave us a room slightly better than we had. But before giving us the room, they asked us to sign a non-disclosure agreement 🤦🏾♂️ Thank you, the worst 4 days.

Great location, location is loud at night with music and traffic directly out the front. Nice modern Japanese style rooms with large tv screen.
