Stayed for 4 nights in August.
I was able to sleep even with the air conditioning turned off.
The only disappointing thing was the loud motorbikes that passed by on the road next to it every night.
The nearby bars weren't noisy until the early hours of the morning.
The breakfast was pretty tasty.
My range of activities in Pattaya was mostly south of Central Pattaya, so it was convenient.

The service was good, helping to carry the suitcases. The room was too humid, with water vapor all over the floor. The air conditioner was too loud, and it sounded like rain. It was very convenient to take a taxi and order takeout around.

The hotel is very well equipped. Not high end but it was perfect for my needs. Not far from the center but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the bars. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a small massage parlor in the building with up to 4 ladies who are also very friendly and do their job very well (please don't think about sweeties). I was there twice and if I'm in the area again I'll be happy to check in there again. As I said, I was very satisfied.
