Positive: location. Close to the beach, main road (where you can take tuktuks), 4 minutes walk from a central Pattaya, many bars and restaurants around.
Negative: very noise, it’s surrounded by bars, don’t count on sleeping much. Amenities are old, bar by the pool doesn’t exist any more. Bedsheets and towels have a lot of stains

"Old, dirty, reeks of smoke. This ain't a hotel anymore, more like some rundown motel, and even motels are cleaner and better.
Don't get fooled by the location, it's a max one-time drop-in with a local girl, that's it."

The service was good enough. You can take a 3 minute walk to the beach. It’s almost located next to the central festival shopping mall.

Close to Pattaya Beach Road, great for walking around
It's also good to get on and off the boat.
