The location is very good. You can't expect too much for the price you pay, but overall is good.

Some rooms have no windows, and the stairwells are very low (the places where you would hit your head are covered with plastic). The hygiene was very poor: not only were there flying mosquitoes in the room, but there was also a half-dead cockroach on the floor (see photo). The housekeeper is considered hardworking, but the hygiene conditions are still not good.

I am a female solo traveller. I stayed here for 3 nights. I booked it at the last minute, but it was a very spacious room with a city view. The receptionist and cleaners were all women, so I felt safe. I didn't ask for any cleaning, but on the other hand, if I had hung a sign, they would never have come in, so I think their ethics are quite good. The location is excellent, as the beach, restaurants, massages, etc. are all within 10 minutes (if you can cross the road). It seems that there is an additional charge (60 baht?) for using hangers, etc. Shampoo and body soap are also quite scarce, so it might be a good idea to get them there as there is a Big C about a 3-minute walk away. I was a bit worried about the smell of the sewage coming up. The air conditioner is extremely cold. Water drips depending on the wind direction. lol

The location is very good, but there is no elevator. It is a bit difficult to go back from the top floor. The Wafi is also very weak. The price/performance ratio is high. At least there is a refrigerator. The first choice for budget travel!

TJ Guesthouse has a very good location. There are snack bars, massages, 21 department stores and the beach nearby. The living facilities are quite good. The price is not expensive and the environment is clean.

The room is not soundproof and the air conditioner is indoors, so noisy that I couldn't sleep all night.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I had high expectations because it had good reviews! It didn't disappoint! I stayed for 5 nights, but for the first 2 nights I was in a room with no view of the outside. I asked to change rooms, but they said I could from the 3rd night onwards, even though I had booked a room with a window... From the 3rd night onwards, it was exactly what I wanted! It seems to have been renovated, so it's generally clean! There are 6 hangers, various outlets, a large refrigerator, a microwave and a kettle outside. Above all, I really liked the staff. I think the value for money is also very good! The location is also close to Terminal 21 Big-C and Beach Road! Caution: There is no elevator, and the stairs are narrow, so be careful when climbing up and down!

The hotel is located in Lane Three, not far from the city. However, it does not provide a hair dryer.

Everything is great! The best for a single traveler! Very clean, very quiet! The location is great, shops and markets and the sea are nearby, the northern beaches are close, which means it is clean! The staff is great, attentive. The best for single travelers. For those who like small hotels.

The room is clean and the staff is good. The only downside is that there is no parking space.
