Jomtien Hisotel

It was a large hotel facing the beach road. The room was spacious and it was a shame to stay alone, and it was nice to have a view of the ocean from the room. There was a nice pool on the 4th floor, but there was no shade and there were a lot of tables and chairs for eating, so I didn't use it because it didn't feel very relaxing. The reception and staff were all very nice.

I stayed at this hotel recently. The location is really great - easy access to all the main attractions, first coastline, the beach is just a stone's throw away. There is a nice swimming pool inside the hotel. The staff is polite, responsive and always ready to help, which was a pleasant surprise. It would seem that everything is there for a comfortable stay! However, unfortunately, my stay was marred by a serious safety incident. While I was on the balcony, an unpleasant incident occurred: the floor suddenly cracked and partially collapsed. As a result of the fall, the glass door broke, and I received bruises and a cut on my face. This not only spoiled my vacation, but also showed that a balcony in such a state can pose a real threat to the life and health of guests. I would like to draw the attention of the hotel administration to the need for an urgent inspection and repair of the balcony structures so that such situations do not happen again. Guest safety should be a priority. If this issue is resolved, the hotel can really become one of the best options for a vacation in this area. I hope that my review will help make the hotel safer for everyone.
