good service , fast check in but no hair dry air cond cool but matress very soft not support my back

Very good

Large clean room, but the sink was leaking a little. Cleaning every day, view of the city from the window. There are tuk-tuk stops nearby, the pedestrian street is a 15-minute walk. Overall I recommend it.

The rooms are clean and have plenty of parking. It's in the heart of the city, hehe. Plus it's close to the market and the walking street. I recommend it.

The hotel is ok but looks like a renovated hotel. Ample parking, easy to find the hotel, next to a convenience store 

There are many rooms with large space, but the sound insulation is not good. We stayed during the Songkran Festival and the surrounding music was very loud. At about 1 a.m., there were two men screaming that sounded like elephants, and we were woken up. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the water provided by the hotel smells like disinfectant

The hotel is close to places to eat. Just a few steps away, there's 7-11. You can walk to walking street in 15 minutes. The guest lounge in front of the hotel has a very good atmosphere. There are enough seats to welcome guests who come to sit and wait. Housekeepers are very responsive to guests' needs. But we have an impressive story. On April 15th, we checked out but forgot our boyfriend's jacket in the closet. We really like this shirt because it always has my boyfriend's scent on it. It has sentimental value. On the 16th, we called the hotel to say that we forgot. But we are already in Bangkok. So we asked the night shift employee named Arisa if she could send it to us. She promised to follow up. Until today, April 22, she has already sent the item. I feel very grateful. Even though it's not the hotel's fault. And I don't ask for any compensation for my time. I promise that every time I go to Pattaya Will go to stay here every time.🥰🥰🥰

Reserved 2 single beds in case friends came to sleep with me. In the end, sleeping alone was scary. But slept well. Overall is good.

The air conditioner was very noisy and kept me awake all night. There is no breakfast at this price. You can only go to 71 to buy some breakfast when you go out in the morning. No other stores are open, so it is a bit inconvenient for a hotel that does not include breakfast.
