We like this place because it's clean and the price is OK if cimpair with other hotels device is well people are nice Only the breakfast they have to put more Arabic food because here most of this customer are from the gulf so they must do this other all ok

Perfect location. In front of the hotel is the sea. 100% I recommend everyone. Good price for that kind of location. Thanks a lot.

Simple but satisfying

There is no breakfast, only hot drinks. The service of the staff is good and friendly. The location is suitable for traveling to go swimming in the sea. Easy and convenient to cross the road to reach the beach. Nearby there is a morning fishing market. And there is a walking market in the evening. You can take the minibus in front of the accommodation to go to various places (around Pattaya city).

Good for using the beach But don't expect good facilities and cleanliness. Staff are friendly Convenience stores and restaurants nearby are within walking distance.

The front desk staff provide terrible service. The school rules know everything. Because I used to work at a school, but going in to ask Do you have a booking? It doesn't mean that you will check in at that time. But go ask to be sure. And in case I wanted to leave things and wait to enter the room at 2 p.m., there was a reply that I hadn't turned on the computer yet. I haven't checked yet. It's crazy. Can't watch TV, no toothpaste, toothbrush provided, bathroom equipment is not good, shower is broken, water leaks.

Across the road is the beach. There is a morning market for fishermen starting at 6 am. You can buy freshly caught seafood. The price is not cheap, but it is quite interesting. In the evening, this is a great place to watch the sunset. There are two cars at the door. Direct access to the city center and the pier. There is a rest area and coffee on the first floor of the hotel. When you go out, turn left and there is a great and cheap night market 300 meters away (note that you have to pass a small night market first)

Too old and almost no service

The hotel has no facilities, so-so. The price is still on the high side.

I was very disappointed with the service from the hotel staff. If it is late at night, the entrance to the first floor of the hotel is locked. So I had no way of opening the door, so I knocked on the front door, but no one came out. So I shook the door violently, and only then did someone sneak out and open the door. But what they say is, 'Isn't there a bell next to the door? Just ring the bell.' is. But I was never informed that there was a bell next to the door. Also, I asked if I could get more water as there was not enough water, but I was told that I would have to pay an additional 10 baht (500 ml of water). So I said this. “I am a guest who made a reservation for 3 nights. Today is the first day and I have only received 2 bottles. I can receive 4 more bottles.” The staff member's response to this was, "It is true that you will receive 6 bottles since you made a reservation for 3 nights, but only 2 bottles per day. You cannot receive 6 bottles at once, so if you want more water today, you will have to pay more." It was. Also, the hotel facilities are the worst. It is difficult to shower using the shower in the hotel bathroom. This hotel is very poor value for money. I was expecting an ocean view, but there are almost no rooms with an ocean view. Most rooms do not have a view of the sea through their windows, but rather a view of the concrete wall of the building next door.
