"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Terminal 21, and it's also a convenient walk to the beach. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs. The rooftop pool is stunning, and there's a bar up there too, though it's open to non-hotel guests. This means it can get quite crowded with people taking photos, so I hope they consider restricting access a bit."

"We are generally happy with the stay. Free buffet breakfast starts at 6.30am ... and was sufficient for our halal-requirements. Staff were thoughtful and offered good prompt service ... from Front office, maintenance man, to bellboy and security, all were excellent. They speak acceptable English. However the sandal provided was not fresh and was used previously ... see photo. If you want to rent a scooter, there is a small rental shop just 50 meters to the left as you exit the hotel for 300baht per day."

"Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

Despite being so close to the vibrant nightlife and bustling streets, the hotel remains surprisingly peaceful once you step inside. Rooms & Amenities The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with a touch of local Thai decor. I stayed in a Superior Room which featured: • A very comfortable king-sized bed. • Reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi (essential for my remote work). • A private balcony with a partial view of the ocean. The swimming pool is another standout feature. It’s large, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery, providing a perfect tropical escape from the afternoon heat. Service & Hospitality The staff deserves a special mention. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless. The front desk team was professional and helped me arrange local transport with ease. The housekeeping was diligent, ensuring the room was spotless every single day. Whether you are a solo traveler looking to explore the city or a couple seeking a central base, I highly recommend this hotel. It provides a high-quality stay without the premium price tag of the luxury resorts nearby. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Pattaya!"

"This hotel is perfectly located right by Terminal 21, it's very clean, and getting around is super convenient. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's delicious. It's also not a long walk to the Tiffany Show, so the location is definitely a plus. In the evenings, you just head downstairs to the T21 night market, though I found it a bit pricey and the food wasn't great. The hotel is also very close to the famous Pattaya Sunset Rainbow Avenue – you can walk there in about 10 minutes, and that's where you'll find Pattaya Beach."

"Picture one is the hotel pool, picture two is the hotel gym, and picture three is a surprise birthday treat the hotel prepared for my partner during our stay. Picture four shows the breakfast spread. The bathroom had a bathtub and excellent water pressure. Try to avoid rooms facing the street as they can be quite noisy. There are many massage parlors and restaurants near the hotel, and a 7-Eleven right across the street. Breakfast had a wide variety, though Chinese guests might find the Western-style dishes less familiar. The savory preserved meat congee was decent. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they even helped us switch rooms. This place offers great value for money. I really didn't want to leave, it was tear-inducing!"

"Wonderful hotel, well located, the lobby was already very nice and super spacious. All the staff were extremely polite and friendly. The room was wonderful, clean and with a marvelous view of the city and the sea. The pool area was also wonderful with a beautiful view. They have a decorative boat that also serves as a water slide, very cool for children. The breakfast was also very tasty, with Lots of food options, breads and fruits. Wonderful!!"

"Well first time i had booked into this resort and I was well happy. We took a coach from bangkok and arrived by 11.30 am and got checked in straight away which was nice because checking is after 2pm. We got a room on the 10th floor with a view out towards the sea which was nice because my girlfriend like that type of a view. Overall the room was very nice but the only thing was I didn't take that many photos,silly me but 100% I'll book here again in the near future."
