This hotel is very good and room is very spacious facing the sea. I really like the hotel stafff who has arrange us for early morning check in. The hotel has swimming pool top where we can see the whole sea view of Pattaya. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will recommend everyone. The location was perfect

Nice and clean room. Good location near the beach. Lots of diffrent food nearby. Good tv with youtube and so on. Good wifi. Housekeeping on request available even if u request at the same day.

This is an airbnb ..u need to contact the person stated on the booking confirmation..after confirm ..they will inform u on where to get the key to the room ..jus along the roadside

The place is very good, it’s a good place to live! It has a huge swimming pool on the roof top of the building that can look at the whole view of the city and the sea. The room is very clean and tidy. Everything is very nice.

I recently stayed at Somerset Hotel Pattaya, and while my experience had a rough start due to a booking mistake I made, the overall stay was enjoyable. Initially, I faced challenges in correcting the booking details, as Trip.com was slow to respond and unable to resolve my issue promptly. However, after much effort, the hotel kindly assisted with a name change, which I deeply appreciate. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location is absolutely perfect, offering great convenience. Despite the initial hiccups, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The only plus it’s the location & price The rest is a no: untidy tiny room, furniture has the smell of a previous users, horrible elevator system, the host was polite, but not really professional (forgot to bring the deposit while we were sitting and waiting, change the day then) and only 7 sits near the pool, where people were smoking just in the water, so nobody really following the rules

Awesome view and clean room also everything around you Restaurant, supermarket, shopping, malls.. But the only two problems I had there’s only one bathroom and the TV isn’t smart. Overall the host was respectful even I woke up late and she gave me extra time to check out thank you very much. Also you have to know this hotel there’s no reception you have to contact the host but no worries the host is quick responding.

This hotel is very convenient to check in and out. The butler service attitude is also very good, and the response is very timely. The hotel is clean and the accommodation is very quiet. This is an apartment opened by Chinese people, very friendly! This trip to Pattaya is very pleasant, and I will choose this hotel next time

This condo building is quite large. Since many condo owners here have their own private rental businesses, my criticism is limited to just one. This room's housekeeping is incredibly negligent. Bed bugs are present on the bed and sofa. We initially experience intense itching, and I later recognized that there was a beg bug problem. There is a blood-like stain on the pillow inside the thin pillow case. The housekeeping staff promised to fix the TV the following day, but after five days, they never show up. Additionally broken is the washing machine for laundry. Again, the housekeeping promised to take care of it the following day, but during my 5 days stay they never show up . Please don't reside here if you require a TM30 for a resident certificate. They can’t issue it like regular hotel.
