Hotels in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya

Good hotel, were in January 2020. I liked the situation, everything is simple and stylish. The room has a refrigerator, a TV with one Russian channel, a safe. No tea and a fan, whether there is any in the hotel I don't know, we didn't need it. The location is excellent, a bunch of cafes, massage salons, even a laundry is available next to the beach. To the beach 200 meters. Cleaning in the room on a three-way. The room was cleaned lightly, the bathroom was apparently only a couple of times (it upset because after the beach everything in the sand) With towels there were no problems, changed every day, clean, not twisted. The bed in 10 days changed 1 time. Every day 2 bottles of water were brought, despite the fact that there were still or not (so, on the last day we had a total of 6 pieces 😁) Staff is not conflicting, always smile. The bar is a very friendly social girl, always happy to communicate and help. About karaoke on the first floor. We were hit twice. One time the Thais in the cafe opposite walked, sang somewhere until 2 p.m., the second time exactly in our hotel. Also somewhere to 1-2 night. But we didn't have this particular tension, we still went to bed not before three o'clock in the night. In general we liked it, we would be happy to return again

Stayed in room 1150. Remember there are two buildings, we searched for our room in the wrong building (part of a tour so no bell boy!) The room was decent size and had a bath and shower. The bath water was not very hot, so a tepid bath was all we could have. Lots of free amenities and the best was nice with good pillows. The connecting room doors meant we could hear the people next door a lot, but they were friends. There is a bowling alley and snooker room and the pool was great. The breakfast was substantial, not much in the way for vegetarians, I had scrambled egg, potatoes and egg rice, but nice cakes and fruit, overall it was enough but maybe a vegetarian option or two would be nice. Overall the hotel is clean and well presented and definitely value for money. One point for the hotel, clean under the beds!!! Dust build up was umm a lot... We will stay again for sure, and close to the beach (100 metres and you are in the water.)

I decided to write a review now, because, as I was going to the same hotel this year, I read negative reviews. Rest in this hotel from 13 to 23 March 2019 from Coral Travel.Choose Jomtien Plaza Residence, as friends rested in it at the same time as we rested in Splendid - December 2018. We came to them and we enjoyed the location of the hotel and what you can hide under palm trees on the beach is cleaner. And the cost of the ticket is lower than in other hotels. Ordered Junior Suite, but probably there was no free room, we were provided with Family Suite without any extra payment. The room was always cleaned, never mentioned, wet cleaning was made daily, whether left tip or not. Bed linen was clean, no spots, changed at times 3, and in both bedrooms. Towels were changed daily, there was no theft. Left money and smartphones on the chest, came - everything was in place. And that something from the safe was missing, that wasn't. Breakfasts are ordinary, as everywhere when breakfast is bad, and you want to say: at home for breakfast you cook and eat so much? And the baking was good-cruissans, of fruit pineapple and arbuza, always reported. On the receptacle, they were normally communicated both in English and in Russian, if something was not understood, the translator in the smartphone is. Everything was clear. Everyone was smiling. The beach towels were issued daily opposite Receptacle. The hotel recommends that you have a good time to stay and enjoy the sea, the sun, rather than sit in the room and look for shortcomings. Even in a 5-star hotel you can find shortcomings if you want. We have previously rested in V8 Sea View, Grand Jomtien Palace - 4 times, Sea Breeze Jomtien Resort, Jomtien Thani, Pattaya Park. Eurostar International Hotel, Ambassador Carden Wing, Splendid. All hotels are good, but also different prices. The only hotel I do not recommend is Eurostar, and in V8 Sea View - are poorly prepared, but the hotel is good. Wish all positive mood and good rest. By the way, the best course in the exchange, which is located on the right side, as you go to the sea, in the last building before turning to the beach.

Stayed for 2 nights and liked the facilities provided by the hotel very much. I liked the pool very much. Did not eat breakfast because there is no halal food. 7-11 is right next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly. I called them to fill the shower gel and they came within 10 minutes. Wifi is fast. I had a great time.

'Z BY ZING', is an honest place to stay, most particularly for the budget and location conscious, tourist spending time in lovely Jomtien Beach. I really enjoyed the flexible attitude to reasonable service requests, as well as the quiet acoustics and expanded space, in my studio room. It is an easy, flat, five (5) minute walk to the beach, with heaps of; dining, drinking, entertainment, shopping and spa places (see my YouTube), occupying the surrounds.

Not a big hotel right next to the road. To the beach just cross the road :) but, the beach is terribly dirty!!! There are no clean beaches in Pattaya!!! If your room on the second floor, you will look at the beautiful hanging wires. Around a lot of cafes and restaurants. The pool is not. To Volkin Street 20 minutes on tuck-tuke and 7-10 minutes on foot.!!! To Koo-lan Island the road took 2 hours in one direction!!! With three transplants!!! Enjoyed travel.

I really enjoyed staying here, peaceful place, close to everything.. Great helpful staff and as for my first time in dorm I slept very well. Bed is big and confortable. Privacy is OK with light occulting curtains, you have a private lamp and plug for your phone. Wifi is excellent. I enjoyed using the common kitchen to prepare my own meal. Homemade great lemon juice for 20 bath and free mineral water . Comfortable lobby where you can relax read (lots of guides..) or work on computer. I recommend, will come back for sure.

Great hotel, right in the centre of Jomtein. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. It was clean. Service was excellent It had a restaurant which was slightly disappointing, but you are surrounded by excellent restaurants so not a big deal. The pool was great, a good size Despite the area being so busy, our room was quiet

Great hotel. Very professional staffs. Very clean place with balcony view. Nice room and bed. Good size bathroom. Welcome drinks downstairs. Large lobby many couches to wait for ride or people. Good price on weekdays. Weekends prices are higher. Great stay. Will be returning. Pool upstairs with great view and bar.
