Passamos o Reveillon com minha familia neste hotel. Gostamos muito, de todos os pequenos detalhes que tem esse hotel. Lembra muito um resort de otima qualidade. Camas, lencois, chuveiro, o quarto como um todo maravilhoso. O atendimento no geral muito bom, desde a recepcao ao pessoal da piscina e restaurante. A comida uma delicia. Festa de Reveillon tambem adoramos, decoracao, musica, ambiente e ate a recrecao . Superou muito nossa expectativa. Hotel nota 10. Voltaremos com concerteza

Good morning! We used this hotel for the second time. Parking is wide, although most vacationes are discovered. Central air conditioning in the rooms (a little less quiet than normal), well located hotel. The first three-day stay I did not hire breakfast, very expensive breakfast is charged separately, the second time I got a promotion that included breakfast. We arrived Saturday night, and as we had to leave very early last morning, we asked the coffee time at the reception: 6:30. But it was informed that we could arrive 6:20 to start the coffee earlier even not having all items available yet. When we arrived at 6:20 on Sunday, 07/01/24, the official said he had to wait until 6:30 to get into the coffee area. When he gave 6:30, the three staff who were in the kitchen and reception summoned. We waited until 6:34, and we went to the kitchen door to see what was going on, and they were talking there; we just said we had a deal, and they released to take breakfast. I found a lack of responsibility, because they had already seen that we were in a hurry, and I thought they did so intentionally to delay us even more. Finally, a situation that I personally have been annoyed by the “birre” of collaborators who should try to please the client. We were just doing what was guided to us the previous day and we wanted to take coffee on the timetable informed by the coffee area identification plate, and I hope you don't need that hotel anymore.
