Reception with an extremely competent and friendly professional, who quickly managed the move from the first room, which did not even open the door. 2nd room dirty, with cockroaches, dirty toilet seat (filthy), towels with stains... Terrible. I do not recommend.

Staff super educado e prestativo. Meu quarto havia sido reformado e estava todo direitinho, mas o banheiro ainda precisa de atualização. Alguns quartos ainda não reformados também. O Café da manhã não tem muita vatiedade e a praia. Frente, não pode ser chamada de praia, são umas pedras com uma escada que dá na água.
Ótimo para quem for usar só para dormir. Mas na região, não encontrará opção muito melhor

Bom hotel, organizado e limpo. De noite na área da piscina tinha música ao vivo e o que pedimos no restaurante estava bem gostoso. O café da manhã pode melhorar e fora a piscina não tem muita área de lazer.

Fiquei hospedada por 3 diárias, hotel com estrutura legal, porém não oferece o melhor ao cliente, apesar disso a maioria dos funcionários atenciosos. Para iniciar um dos pontos que me atraiu foi oferecerem o serviço de SPA como diz na página do hotel, porém na recepção informaram que o serviço não estaria disponível porque a equipe que executa estaria em outro local, e sem nenhuma preocupação com a minha visível insatisfação. No primeiro quarto a linha de telefone não pegava, fui transferida para um segundo, onde a porta da varanda não abria e foi necessário chamar a manutenção, assim como o a ducha do banheiro que estava vazando e molhando o piso, o chuveiro também precisa de manutenção para que o fluxo da água melhore. Televisão com som ruim, impossível de assistir algo e controle sem pegar. Apenas 1 (um) dia houve música ao vivo. Fora isso nenhum atrativo para o cliente, piscina não colocam e nem permitem som, garçons do restaurante atenciosos, mas cardápio super limitado, sendo necessário pedir comida por app todos os dias. Academia estava bem suja no dia em que utilizei.
