The location was good and also very quick support from staff. But the food was costly so it is better to include breakfast and dinner in same package. Rest all was good 👍 Superb.

Staff was very rude and no cleaning done next day when i asked for clean room manager told me you have to give the room key before leaving the hotel and no body informed as i have to submit the key before leaving the hotel

No one listen on hotel staff. Staff senior argument that i don’t have time to deliver the food in hotel. Baggage was also not carrying. Smelly room washroom also dirty.

Bedsheets were dirty and tv was not working. Communicated this to the reception person but he did not respond for the entire duration of our stay. Food was great but overpriced. Room service was slow.

It was nice stay at rock heaven resort. My family enjoyed the stay completely. Room service and food quality was excellent. Rooms were also clean and hygienic. Mr. Rawat took good care of us.
