En nuestra estadía hemos tenido una excelente atención y ayuda en todo lo que hemos necesitado, el hotel es limpio , situado a orillas del Ganges , precioso La comida es excelente y en el restaurant si bien todos los que atienden son muy atentos queremos destacar a Rhada quien siempre estuvo sonriente, atenta y pronta a explicarnos que contenía la Comida de origen vegetariano y ayudarnos a seleccionar Felicitaciones a la Gerencia y Staff

Very attentive and helpful staff - thank you Rahda and Amit. The afternoon tea on the terrace had amazing views of the Ganges. Morning yoga before breakfast was a great way to spend the morning, breakfast which was served after up on the terrace

The location of hotel is very good but the hotel is age old and needs serious attention on its room interior. The broken things in room are really annoying. The staff is courteous specially Mr Parmar who helped us a lot. The owners of the resort needs to invest in its renovation otherwise wonderful property will get deteriorated. The food is below average and strong need to change the chef.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Lemon tree is located right on the bank of beautiful serene ganga. Rooms are clean, staff is extremely polite, they cater to each request personally and see it adds to your comfort. Ganga art i right in the hotel is such a great experience. Over all a very comfortable relaxing stay. I would love to visit again.

Very nice staff. Prachi at front desk upgraded our room to river view based on availability. Amit from food management services was also very good. River views and hospitality was amazing

We had a pleasant stay. Location is superb. The staff is very courteous. Restaurant staff is polite, helpful and very positive.
