Had a great time, pools are big and clean, most the staff except the receptionist are fine and even the security was good and funny this year! reps were good Obama was the stand out rep made the effort with us all and just made the experience better. Animation entertainment was good most nights Food wasn’t bad either! Maid for our room was brilliant and always smiling and we had fresh towels everyday.

This is the best hotel in turkey! The staff are amazing and are so helpful I would 100% recommend the rooms have so much space and the entertainment are amazing as well! The reception staff Sinan and Alizade we loved them they was amazingggg🤩

Check in was a disgrace! Almost 2 hours stood in reception waiting for check-in. Two rooms given were then 3 floors apart and as a young family wasn't great! Amenities are fantastic couldn't ask for more things to do on one site - yes you have to pay why wouldn't you? Pool area is dangerously slippy saw plenty people slip and really hurt themselves. Doctor on site not there much and language barrier isn't easily overcome to get any helpful diagnosis. Meal times are ridiculous if you go as things start - huge queues with certain nationalities feeling they have no need to join the back of line...... Some are really rude and hotel staff just ignore these issues. Despite the issues we had a great time and will try another eftalia hotel..... It's the amenities that help overcome the places misgivings. Love turkey even got married in turkey and the people usually very outgoing - this was probably the weakest/ poorest experiences with Turkish hospitality & lack of friendliness. Eftalia your good but the feedback across the board seems consistent - do better to fix the continuous consistent negative feedback. (Incoming generic response from eftalia on way in response)

Schoon en goed hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, personeel en animatie doen hun best in de mensen te vermaken. In de avond kan je met de animatie mee naar clubs er zijn veel leuke glijbanen. Bij de cocktailbar heb je veel keuze uit verschillende lekkere cocktails

The people are very welcoming and polite, rooms always clean after the maid has come also the entertainment is very great and lots of activity’s you can join in on kids / adults. Lots of options of drinks and ice creams. The whole hotel is very nice always clean I would recommend to anyone if they asked how it was .

Leuk animatie team, goed en schoon hotel, lekker eten, altijd een plezier om hier al jaren terug te komen, de shows zijn erg leuk en de glijbanen voor de kinderen zijn ook super. het hotel is zeker een aanrader als je een familie hotel zoekt. wij reizen samen met 2 vrienden

The hotel is lovely staff amazing always happy to help and make you and kids feel happy and safe the island is amazing lots to do and chill out kids club is brill for kids and give adults a lil brake highly recommended cinema is the one who looked after my 2 kids they loved it and did not want to leave the place
