We are very thankful to this Choice Hotel for Regular Oatmeal packets. We have diabetes, and severe CAD, and travel eight months a year. We need a healthy breakfast, low in fat, no sugar, and low in sodium. If they had served fresh fruit I would give them a higher rating. So thank you for the regular oatmeal.

Stayed for two nights and was very satisfied. Great location, great staff. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was also very good for a hotel breakfast. Definitely will stay here again on my next trip to Payson.

Great location and super friendly/helpful staff. But the positive ends there. Yes, it's outdated. That's actually okay. But FILTHY is not! Blood on the comforter, splatters all over lampshades, sticky floors, and AC clogged with dirt/dust. It was like we stayed in a crime scene. If you can't afford to Update, PLEASE clean. I know it's tough to find help in this culture, but if it means the owner gets busy...someone needs to pay attention. I would NOT recommend this Comfort Inn.

Okay, so knowing the class of this hotel, I wasn't expecting 5-star accommodations. However, some things are just a part of the basics. Here's the breakdown: Pros: -Quiet -Location (right in the middle of town) -Friendly staff Cons: -Stained sheets -Heater was partially broken & took hours to warm up (room was freezing) Overall, this could be a decent short stay if everything in your room is functional and the sheets are properly cleaned.
