From the time of check in to the time I left I was very pleased with my experience! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot! I am coming back! The hotel is located near town and the outside was well kept and lighted at night!

Sollid little spot - family friendly, safe, and clean right off the Beeline Highway. My favorite breakfast spot in town is next door. If you're looking for a place to stop for a night two while in Payson, I'd say this is the best value play I have found in town.

the room was very cold, especially the bathroom. The floor was freezing. No coffee or breakfast available. Had to go next door to restaurant. No amenities. No pool, no anything extra. The price was way too high for what you get. Very dark. Had stayed there 2 yrs ago and definitely had gone down hill.

We were traveling from southern AZ and wanted to get off the highway. We wanted a motel and this place was great. Right off the main road, but still quiet. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. One bed was right next to the A/C which was not the greatest and the curtain was blowing.
