The website that secured our reservation was for a King Sized Suite, but when we got there the hotel told us that us.trip.com stated 'whatever available', even though our res was for a King. Anyways - the staff made some phone calls and we lucked out because someone cancelled at the last second and they got us our room we originally ordered. It was stunning and we will be back, just not thru us.trip.com.

My husband and I stayed at Kohls Ranch in March. It is quaint with historical photos throughout the Ranch. It is not a Doubletree or Hyatt. If you stay here, you stay here for the beauty and simplicity. You stay here to appreciate the kind and friendly personnel and the history of the Ranch. The room was clean with a full kitchen. Wifi was a bit spotty, but good enough. Staying at Kohls Ranch is fantastic, if you want to get away and enjoy the beauty of the area. Hiking area across the road. We will be make additional reservations here soon.

This is the best cool, green scenery within 2 hrs. from Phoenix. Very peaceful and relaxing. The stables add real western touch. It's my go to place when I need an escape. I go alone and feel very safe.

Old dirty run down cabin. Should have been torn down 50 years ago. At $780 for two nights I expect a decent room. The bedroom was so small it didn't have room for a single nightstand. I use a medical device to sleep and this was impossible. Asked for some kind of compensation and was told no. Checked out a day early. My vacation ruined. Heather at the desk was just rude and unapologetic. Heartless woman. I've visited this resort for decades and have never been treated so poorly. I'll never be back and will tell everyone I know, don't go there.

Our stay at the Kohl's Ranch cabin by the creek was pure bliss. The location was unbeatable - right on the water, surrounded by stunning scenery. We loved waking up to the sound of the creek and spending our days exploring the area. The cabin itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
