No coffee offered, weather stripping around door very poor heard traffic driving by as if the door was open. The curtain didn't cover the window completely to block out light and offer privacy. Had to hang a Hoodie over the side of the window to cover the gap.

Our family had stayed here for almost 2 weeks continuously because my son was getting surgery done in Payson. The rooms was spacious enough for 4 people! The GM Nick was understanding and worked with us to provide the best rate that fit our budget. We greatly appreciate all that you and your team did for us to make our stay amazing. They truly went above and beyond to make my family feel at home as we went through this tough time.

1bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner, no hair dryer, no coffee pot to make a single cup of coffee. Didn’t even offer it in the office! Tv was very small. Check out time was 11:00, not 10:45! Had the do not disturb sign on the door and at 10:45…banging on the door! Yelled we are almost ready to leave, but still banging! Had to finally open the door to let them know! I will never stay there again!!

The room seemed a bit rotted, as the bathroom flooring was rotten and felt unsafe. The bathroom mirror came off of the wall and if it was not for the towel rack, it would have fallen on the ground and shattered.

Check in was nothing special, quick.
My room was full of mosquitoes, the sheets were dirty and the towels were stained and hard. There are 2 properties, the 2 story property had people loitering around drinking alcohol and doing *****. Im not even sure if they were motel guests or not. The tv didnt get any channels, they all came in and out saying the signal was distorted.
If everything else wasnt booked for the holiday weekend I would have gone somewhere else!

Well. No Kleenex. They said to use toilet paper. No toiletries. Asked the front desk and they said motel 6 does not require the owner to provide. No hair blower. Good refrigerator and microwave. Pretty bad that you pay 312.00 and get no Kleenex
