Husband and I stayed three nights. We were there to visit friends in the area and attend a graduation. I booked through Hilton’s website directly. Check in went smooth, room was clean, staff was friendly. Hotel is under a complete renovation and the pool is closed. That was not told to us ahead of time and should have been. We were there for Memorial Day weekend and were expecting to be able to use the pool. The first morning we were there we had the front desk calling and knocking on our door multiple times as we were trying to get ready and leave for the graduation ceremony. He told us our reservation was for one night instead of 3, and we must book the other nights. I could see on my credit card I was already charged for 3 nights. I told him I did not have time to deal with it right then, and I would have to come back later to straighten the matter out. He was VERY rude and insisted I was wrong, and I needed to come to the desk and pay for the next 2 nights. I also had an email confirmation from Hilton for all 3 nights. It was extremely stressful. I went to the front desk and showed him and he still insisted I book 2 more nights anyway. I did not and left. We came directly back to the hotel that afternoon and thankfully the manager, who was wonderful, had straightened it all out. She also gave us a late checkout the next day, which was helpful. I would not stay here again until the renovation is completed.
