Great service, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Great location.

It was a mich larger room than expected. Full kitchenette, full-size fridge, separated rooms. The staff was very friendly, rooms include breakfast AND dinner, which I didn't expect. It's located at the intersection of US285 and I20, so there's a bit of traffic, but plenty of amenities and stores nearby. Good for both weekend trips and extended stays.

We were extended stay for a few months…the staff were helpful and always friendly! I enjoyed not cooking breakfast (and even sometimes dinner). They treated my dogs well too. If something wasn’t done for some reason, I could always talk to them and clear it up and always got what we needed. Thank you to the whole staff! 

Jasmine at the front desk was amazing!! She made sure I had the correct room and that the ac was on in the room before my arrival. She has great customer communication..

Well it was multiple things my family and I experienced. Lauro, Jasmin, Geronimo are one of worst staff that I have encountered. When asked for something as simple as a toothbrush or even other toiletries, my wife and kids were treated with the utmost disrespect. Top it off they are short staffed badly. I understand it’s a busy town and all but they need the help. The breakfast was cold , late and area was dirty. We are frequent guests but we have no reason to be given such bad attitude.
