Overall experience was ok ok. We checked in two guests and toiletries were given for 1. No response from house keeping. Maintenance could be better.

Room service is very limited options. Room is with cheap furnitures and fixers. Bath room door was a mess being it is sliding no lock. No hand towels no bathroom rolls for wipe off after your job. I can understand local custom but i am use to paper towels being an american. Shower heads are not clean and the only lift did not work from morning 7- 10. 30 am peak time for going to bf and getting ready and go for your chores.

The hotel literally needs to be renovated. Services are either very slow or no service. Only the manager seems to be understandable which i noticed is helpless in sorting out the things as not having authorized control. Food- not too good.
