They gave us smoking room but didnt tell me infront.
While the reception saw me coming with families with todlers. Yes i dont put request non smoking room, but most hotel will let the guest know if is ok if they gave you a smoking room, specially if you see families with kids. I was coming in the middle of the night, and the room soooo smelly, just making me pissed. Asked for non smoking room but only available 1 room. They said the room were full, i dont know is it true or not. The AC in my room so noisy, and they try to fix it in the middle of the night, after complaining then change it to other room with better smell and AC, though there was a leak under the AC.
The other room, the AC was leaking, and due to tiredness, my sister dont have energy to complain so she only asked for extra towel to wipe the water.
The one and only good thing was the breakfast.
Bad experience. Dont want to come again sure. Sorry

Strategic location, rooms are quite comfortable, HK staff is also good, rooms are cleaned every day, reception is also fast.
Unfortunately the food in the restaurant tasted bland, the fruit wasn't fresh, I ordered tahlil coffee and waited almost half an hour but it turned out to be put on someone else's table. My 3 year old child is still charged.
Hopefully the future will be better.
