Receptionist are very nice n helpful, facilities like the escalator works good n fast,  room service also fast responding on our demand, n the breakfast was simply truly Indonesian.

Yes, that's how it is, the air conditioner stays cold for a long time, it only gets colder and colder, it just takes a long time, hahaha, if you want to stay with friends here, the bathroom is glass🫣🤭

I love this hotel with good service and value, located near with Airport in Pekan Baru. Room are so comfy and the breakfast was good. Three star hotel but they have good service and cleanlines. So really recomanded for staying when you visit in Pekan Baru for Business traveler or just transit stay.  Good job for Citismart Bandara Pekan Baru.

Yeah, it's so cold, the air conditioner is cold for a long time, but it's colder for a long time.
