The hotel with a very good location and good environment. And the foods very nice

Location is very good, near to airport. Room is clean and spacious. Very convenient. Next to shops, marts, mall which has a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies… Just bring your own bath towels.

This is one of my usual business hotel in pekanbaru. Is a regular hotel. No surprise. Normal breakfast.

Novotel Pekanbaru, will definitely be my Hotel of choice whenever im on my Business Trip.

Despite booking non-smoking room, the room provided was a smoking room. Even if I ask for a change, staff said there is no available due to full booking… Reservations are meaningless.

Good environment..modern,near to mall. Near to airport n good service

I booked for non smoking room, but during check in they say its full. So i've no choice to stay in very smelly smoke room with 2 of my young children age 3&5 yo. I need to attend the wedding there but its Very disappointed stay. If they have not enough non smoking room, why they let us book it. Super disappointed.

The room is spacious even we stay for 2 pax. There is sofa in the room and working table and chair. The bed is comfortable. The design of washroom is also special, haha, with 100% transparent glass between bathroom and room 🙃 the convenient shop is just at the opposite, good location!

The hotel service is good, room is clean, but price is higher than other 4star hotel in Pekanbaru

Excellent location. Next to Mal Ciputra and surrounding eateries along Jalan Riau. Only problem is the traffic along Jalan Riau, which is always conjested. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

We enjoyed our stay here, had a small problem when I booked for non-smoking room but got smoking one instead, but thanks to the front desk staff who was very understanding and helpful so we could get the non-smoking one. We love how the room was pretty and very clean, bathroom was nice, I love how the toilet and shower area are separated. Location was good, right next to mal Ciputra Seraya so we can easily walk to do some shopping and looking for snacks or meal. The only minus is the breakfast, for Novotel quality I think it’s a bit let down, pastries weren’t good enough, and the menus weren’t much. I love how the staff was giving out plastic hand gloves to pick food though. Improvement on breakfast menus and quality would be great. I definitely will come to stay again next time 👍🏻
