Need some facial tissues in the room. Shower cap is missing. Other than that, it's a very good service n room!

Itβs cleaner than I thought and the laundry service is cheap.
It's just that Pekanbaru hotels don't allow windows to open, which is frustrating. It would be great if the window could be opened.
What I'm most worried about is bugs, but I've never seen one.
The air conditioner is a bit disappointing. It's good when it comes out strong, but it stays on for a long time. Is it cool? That's about it haha
They give you two long towels and the refrigerator is not cool so it's frustrating. I stayed at a nearby hotel and it was the same.
However, the bathroom, shower, and room were better at the Vatica Hotel.
