When payment clear than Gaser is Switch off. Room service very bad .All staff behave not satisfied. Room ke andar sab ko khane nehi dete ish me vi perciality karte hey .Agar app koi travel agent ke throgh hotel Golden ice jate hey to jarur dekh lijiega.

We heard that Golden Ice, Pelling to be a high rated hotel, however in reality our experience was bitter. We booked three double-bedded rooms for 2nd and 3rd May but on reaching there we found, only two rooms available and we had to manage another room in a nearby hotel. It was to our utter surprise as to how this unfortunate incident can take place as we had booked our rooms three months back. The Hotel Manager (Ashoke Mukherjee) couldn't give a satisfactory answer.
