We stayed in this hotel as family for 2 nights. It's a good hotel with very good view of Kanchanjungha from room. Early morning sunrise and golden glow of mountain peak by sitting in your bed is just what you look for while in Pelling. Service is also quite good, specially manager Udhesho who is very prompt in responding all the queries and providing support. Food quality is average that need improvement. Balcony needs better cleaning so that guests can spend time there (some cobwebs here and there seen). Though they are one of the big hotels over there, they should take credit card. As this was not communicated to us while booking, we were not prepared with cash and faced challenge. Sales office need better client communication. They do not respond to mails also on time. More professionalism is required while handling customers.
