Overall it was a good stay with proper staff but the hotel was under maintenance. The bed was clean but the floor was a bit under cleaned. 9/10 for the room we got for the price.

We stayed here for 1 day during our trip to pelling from gangtok. It was awesome experience. They provided super deluxe room since deluxe room was having some issue. Also we ordered food and it was amazing. It's best for pure veg people. Would definitely recommend it. Hotel staff were very supportive and polite.

Location : upper pelling. Wonderful valley view. Skywalk is 2km from here. Food: amazing food staff: polite overall experience: loved the stay. I extended my stay by 2 days right after check-in. Rating: 4. 5/5

Good hotel. Have big rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is helpful. Have restorant. And awesome view from hotel balconies

I visited here in June 2024. And this is the best place for peace in mind. Best balcony view I have ever had. Good Staff, Nice Cleaning in lobbies, walls, stairs etc, Good Room Service, Restaurant also good. I would never have known what it feels like to look at the mountains while eating if it weren't for this hotel. I would like to come here again. And this time I will come early. Because after coming here I came to know that the best view is seen in March and April. If you come to Pelling then this hotel is the best. **I would like to suggest that you need to improve your food a little more. Like whenever we used to take roti, it used to get cold and hard very quickly due to the weather. Bathrooms needed a little more cleaning. Everything else was good.**

Pros: view from hotel room was beautiful. Food is very delicious. Toilets are clean. Cons: jet spray pressure was very less shower and tap switch not proper overall a good hotel

I had a day stay. The location was excellent and a great view of kanchanghunga. Couldn't get the view because of the weather. Everything was great except for the rooms. They look old to me

no cleanness, except the view nothing was good. things could be better location was good too much waste food, taste was not good and late service delay my plans
