Room with balcony was very good, great view of kanchenjunga himalaya ranges, however there wifi was not working, upon repeatedly complaining on this, staff didn't bother to attend the issue.

Room was very good,toilet was clean.First of all the view of kanchanjhangha is from the bed is just awesome.I think in pelling Sonamchen is the best viewing option.We saw the mountain dead end from our bed.Best hotel in pelling.complementary breakfast was too good .Five star experience.All attenders are cooperative,easy for understanding your problem.I will spend each time in my each pelling tour in this hotel...Love you kanchanjhangha....,❤️❤️🏔️🏔️

Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Staffs are very cooperative and well behaved. Location was excellent. From room balcony we can enjoy the glimpse of the kanchanjunga peak clearly. Foods quality was good. Overall it's a great hotel to stay.

We had experience bed smell and blockage of drainage in both washroom attached toilet of rooms allotted to us. The bed smell of like hell. Inspite of early complaint they didn't resolve the issues. Due to blockade of drain water was accumulated in washroom and was harrassing. View is good. Location good. Staaf is good. Food is not good for us.
