This hotel is amazing , I’ve never experienced such a kind atmosphere , nice rooms , the pool is amazing , especially at night , you can see the sky with lots of stars , just feel the vibe there , very recommend👍🏼👍🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

The hotel is quite good on Gili Islands. It has hot water and is cleaned twice a day. Every employee is very friendly and very clean. The breakfast is very rich. You can order whatever you want. The small drink that comes with the meal is particularly delicious.

This is one of the best hotels we have been to. We took the Grand number. The little things in the room are amazing, even the pajamas are pink, all the towels are scented, overall a very cool room. Our breakfast was included, everything was delicious, except for the freshly squeezed juice, which was very diluted. The hotel area is small, but what a view by the pool, it’s just a bomb, like you’re in a movie. This hotel was recommended to me and I have never regretted it. Friends and I are delighted!

Among all the hotels that my wife and I have visited, this one is by far the best ! Their service is like a 5-star hotel, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, the design is excellent, and the furniture is of high quality. The pool is fantastic, the sunset happens right in front of the hotel (Sunset Point of the Island), providing a memorable view. Additionally, they constantly offer small gifts, which made my wife very happy. The staff is extremely kind, always smiling and very friendly. They will fulfill all your requests. Respect the staff and their work because they deserve it, you won't be disappointed. Special mention to Lorena who managed to fulfill our requests perfectly, and to Chef Ricardo for his delicious dishes !

The best place to stay in Gilli Air. I felt like I was living in the Barbie world for the 2 nights we stayed. The property has a vibrant theme of Pink. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Jan was one of the friendly faces you would meet. He gave us info about the island and always made sure we were okay and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The ladies at the office desk are very kind and helpful too. I'm so sorry I didn't get all your names. They arranged a last-minute snorkelling tour for me and it was perfect. Lorena and Yuni were extremely helpful in making sure everything was okay and I enjoyed my tour. All the staff are excellent at what they do. If you are by the pool chilling in the evening you might be surprised with finger food and free ice cream. I love the personal touch and the extra mile they go to to make the residents happy. They also have an amazing spa.

This place is amazing!! We had the pleasure of being here for 2 nights. The island itself is gorgeous with stunning views across to Lombok. The hotel is perfect, the pool area is beautiful and we had the gladak cottage which was just lovely. But above all else, the people who work here are incredible. We absolutely loved the surprises and couldn't believe the attention to detail, we were there for our honeymoon and made to feel so special. We hired the pink boat which was the best boat trip we've ever done- the boat staff were amazing. I cannot thank the team enough for making our stay so very special. We have travelled a lot and this is by far the best hotel we've ever stayed in, we didn't want to leave. The food in both restaurants was also lovely, we really enjoyed everything we had, especially the snacks- they were delicious and great portions. The chicken satay snack was delicious. All are very beautiful, a lot of pink decoration détails, bed is very confortable and room are cosy, team is so Nice, breakfast is delicious, massages are perfect, pool with sunset is incredible, i recommand this marvelous Pink coco hotel without hesitation.

From the moment we arrived to the wonderful welcome from Ken and his team, we knew this was going to be a special stay. We were a group of 3 couples and had a wonderful 5 night stay. Choosing a pink resort could have been resulted in something tacky but Pink Coco pulls it off beautifully and this is a stunning g spot to stay. Gorgeous rooms and we loved spending time around the pool where we were spoilt each day with little surprises. Great spa treatments and the best spot for sunset cocktails. Fantastic dining overlooking the sea. Breakfast was delicious and very generous and always with offers of more coffee. We particularly loved the day bed outside the rooms for reading and relaxing. However what made this place so special is certainly the staff and how spoilt we felt. Ken/Jan seems to effortlessly be across everything from checking in with us each day, offering treats and reserving a favourite bean bag spot for sunset cocktails for us. He is a huge asset for this hotel and we felt so looked after. All staff were wonderful and friendly and Jama looked after us so well too and a delight to have a chat with. A very special little piece of paradise!

An oasis on Gili Air! Thoughtful and fun. I would definitely recommend. The food is fabulous, and staff are incredibly attentive. The setting is ideal - a short walk to town, but far away enough that it feels private. A really lovely experience:)

We enjoyed our stay at this little property. The team was the highlight of our stay. The front desk team upon checking were wonderful, they gave us cold welcome drinks, ice cold towels, and rose oil face spray in AC, which was perfect after a hot boat ride to Gili Air. The manager walked over to introduce himself should we need anything at all throughout our stay. The cocoon room was perfect size for my mom and I. We ate at the restaurant several times, everyone was very helpful and great. The only name we are able to remember is Jama. She was very attentive and helpful. They offer bike rentals for about $4 USD for a full 24 hours which was good to bike to get to the “busier” parts of the island with shopping and other dining options. We enjoyed our stay ☺️

Incredible! Pink paradise. Excellent location for morning beach time and sunsets. The included breakfast is delicious, but most of all, the staff are above and beyond all day! They checked in on me all day and sprinkled little surprises at every turn. Highly recommend!
