If you are planning a trip to Gili Air look no further than Akasia! Everything from our arrival to our departure from the island was nothing short of spectacular. Teah & Sam ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible, and their incredible team of staff were always readily available to assist with any enquires we had along the way. The Villa itself is a clean, modern and spacious paradise - a home away from home! Each room in our private 3 bedroom Villa had it’s own bathroom, and the shared living/kitchen area were perfect for time with the family. The outdoor space provided plenty of shaded areas to sit and enjoy time spent by the pool. We had everything we needed and more, experiencing no issues with any of the facilities or amenities the accommodation has to offer. We ordered a delicious breakfast, delivered to the Villa every morning, and were supplied with additional menu options for during the day if we fancied staying in for a day by the pool. The staff at Akasia were extremely kind and informative, offering their local knowledge to share their recommendations for the best restaurants, hidden gems, beaches and activities for our time on the Island. The villa was serviced daily, and they even organised and delivered bikes for our family! They really do go above and beyond for their guests, and our family can’t wait for our next stay at Akasia Villas, thankyou so much for your hospitality.

La vivencia ha sido inmejorable. No tienen recepción como tal pero por WhatsApp te comunicas con el personal en todo momento y ellos , superatentos, contestan en seguida. La limpieza es las habitaciones, jardín , piscina, inmejorable. Disfrutad de una privacidad exquisita en todo momento, la villa tiene todo tipo de detalles que hacen la estancia sea de lo más fácil, depósito de agua mineral , cocina completa, y cualquier cosa que necesites , comida , alquiler de bicis, dudas , incluso si estás pachucho ellos salen a tu rescate. Solo una pega, no está tan cerca como otros de la playa, pero cuando te haces con sus callejuelas y sus atajos no tardas más de 10 minutos en bici. Sin duda, volvería y por eso lo recomiendo

Les chambres sont très sympathiques, la piscine privée est un plus. La fontaine à eau est appréciable. Il n’y a pas de service dans cet établissement. Le petit déjeuner est servi par un restaurant dans des boites en fer. Pas de café compris dans le petit déjeuner. Pas de contact avec la clientèle.

We had booked a vill with 2 bedrooms. The rooms were relatively small but ok and the beds were fine. The vill had a privat pool which was great for the Kids as well as for the adults to have a quick swim and cool downer. However, the pool is quite deep and the entrance are just two steps which might be risky for kids which are not the best swimmers yet. The breakfast was simple and was brought from a different place, so nothing special but still good. We were unlucky with the internet which was either slow of off completly, however, in the lobby it was woring fine. The personal was helpful and friendly and you can organize numerous activities and trips.

Hotel situado lejos de la zona de más ambiente de la isla. Buen trato desde que llegamos y siempre disponibles para ayudarte. Lo peor el desayuno, nos fuimos a otros sitios a desayunar, todos los que probamos bastante mejor.

A l’ouverture de la porte on tombe sur les extérieurs et notamment la piscine et ont se dit que le séjour va être splendide. Mais les chambres sont petites et pas très entretenues (tâches sur les rideaux, sur les murs) Pas de petits déjeuner, il faut choisir sur un lien son petit déjeuner pour le lendemain : peu de choix. Le tout est livré dans des boîtes en métal le lendemain. Chez nous 2 réactions : déception de ne pas avoir le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel / ravis de prendre le déjeuner en famille dans la villa. Pour le goût : rien d’excellent ! Le café et le thé sont en libre service dans la cuisine, attention le café est soluble ! Pour un véritable café il faudra aller au restaurant. On a apprécier la fontaine à eau en accès libre. Communication avec l’hôtel exclusivement sur WhatsApp - et on ne voit personne puisque pas de service ! L’hôtel est au bout de l’île, dans une route de terre ! L’usage de la calèche est donc impératif à l’arrivée comme au départ si vous avez de grosses valises.
