The hotel has nice rooms, but lacks maintenance. They are currently fixing it, it shows that it has been closed for 2 years. Aris, the manager, is great, he helped us with everything he could and more, he is one of those people who gives value to places. Breakfast also needs to pick up the pace again and have a few more things, but what there is is good. In general it is a good hotel and I hope it will be perfect soon.

Este hotel es fantástico, con bonitos bungalows distribuidos alrededor de una piscina central. El concepto es genial, ya que puedes acceder directamente a la piscina desde tu habitación y nadar alrededor. Además, cada bungalow tiene hamacas dentro de la piscina, perfectas para tomar el sol sin moverte de tu habitación. Los bungalows son acogedores, aunque el baño podría beneficiarse de algo más de mantenimiento. El hotel también cuenta con una segunda piscina de tipo infinita, situada junto al mar, que también me encantó. Puedes disfrutar de las vistas al mar desde el restaurante del hotel, ya sea en las mesas o en los puffs alrededor de la piscina. El desayuno, que estaba incluido, fue la parte más floja de la experiencia. El café y el zumo no eran de buena calidad, y aunque la comida estaba aceptable, los huevos benedict no fueron los mejores que he probado. Aun así, tuvimos una maravillosa estancia y volvería a alojarme allí sin dudarlo.

Hôtel vétuste et pas du tout entretenu La climatisation fonctionne très mal et tout est détérioré. Humidité sur les murs, carreaux cassés , la télé ne fonctionne pas, le coffre fort également. Nous n’avions pas de serviettes dans la chambre en arrivant , pas de sèche cheveux etc …. À fuir

The Resort is fantastic the staff are so friendly nothing is too much. The accommodation is great even though could do with update. Despite all the challenges they face with a sea wall being constructed the experience was great. Perfect location. Huge shout out to Awri and team for going the extra mile to make our stay an absolutely memorable one.

Décevant les chambres sont vieillissantes.un lavabo qui s’écoule mal, ménage fait n’importe comment et une climatisation plus que moyenne Ne parlons pas du petit déjeuner insipide et on vous retire votre assiette limite si vous avez terminé

Le pongo buena puntuación por el trato tan amable y cercano de sus trabajadores, pero creo que este hotel debe de ser reformado o mejorado, las instalaciones están muy viejas y deterioradas, al igual que las toallas y ropa de cama, están en muy mal estado. Entiendo que es un negocio local y no quiero dar menos puntuación por el trato recibido pero considero que con lo que cuesta el hotel, el cual, no es precisamente barato, deberían invertir más en actualizar y mejorar las instalaciones. Si esto cambiase, recomendaría el hotel sin duda, pero creo que para pasar unos días cómodamente, no es adecuado. La ubicación es perfecta.

Well below rating. This stay was disappointing. From the bathroom sink not working to the dead plant display on the breakfast table. Why, there were so many flowers throughout the gardens that could have been used. The TV was stuck on a different language, even though the technician visited twice without success. This was not too bad in the end since we could read more. We booked this place on recommendation and the rating, so something has gone wrong in the meantime.

We really had a bad experience over here. The resort looked really expired and the rooms were very dirty. Only the bed and the room itseld was ok but shower, toilet and washing table en were not. And the pool was very dirty as well. We went to the manager with our complains but he looked like didnt care and he didnt recognize our complains. When I showed him Some pictures of all the dirt he still was not impressed and didnt feel sorry at all. The only good thing was the staff but they really looked exhausted (probably because all the complains from the guests). They looked afraid for the manager named ALWI. We felt really sorry for the kind staff.. With this stubborn manager, with lack of maintenannce and behaviour, this resort will be closed in a few years. The pictures they show you ook booking sites are like 15 years old and not even close to the real situation. Greets Erwin
