The hotel has nice rooms, but lacks maintenance. They are currently fixing it, it shows that it has been closed for 2 years. Aris, the manager, is great, he helped us with everything he could and more, he is one of those people who gives value to places. Breakfast also needs to pick up the pace again and have a few more things, but what there is is good. In general it is a good hotel and I hope it will be perfect soon.

Well below rating. This stay was disappointing. From the bathroom sink not working to the dead plant display on the breakfast table. Why, there were so many flowers throughout the gardens that could have been used. The TV was stuck on a different language, even though the technician visited twice without success. This was not too bad in the end since we could read more. We booked this place on recommendation and the rating, so something has gone wrong in the meantime.

We really had a bad experience over here. The resort looked really expired and the rooms were very dirty. Only the bed and the room itseld was ok but shower, toilet and washing table en were not. And the pool was very dirty as well. We went to the manager with our complains but he looked like didnt care and he didnt recognize our complains. When I showed him Some pictures of all the dirt he still was not impressed and didnt feel sorry at all. The only good thing was the staff but they really looked exhausted (probably because all the complains from the guests). They looked afraid for the manager named ALWI. We felt really sorry for the kind staff.. With this stubborn manager, with lack of maintenannce and behaviour, this resort will be closed in a few years. The pictures they show you ook booking sites are like 15 years old and not even close to the real situation. Greets Erwin

Good location and liked the pool that is right from the door. We did not have wifi working very well during stay. Air conditioning in room was not working great but when we complained it was fixed and was better. We forms food was overpriced at the resort. Did not eat at the resort much as I had ordered chicken wings with drinks and only 3 tiny wings came. There are plenty of reasonable food options within walking distance though.

Since this must be one of the best hotels on Gili Air and the price is accordingly, I am disappointed. Positive points are friendliness of staff and cleaning rooms and complex and swim-up from room. Photos look more beautiful than reality. The pool is full of green edges and tiles are broken. The room was a letdown, small and very outdated and tired. For example: drawer missing from dresser, dingy lampshades, broken curtain rods, traces of use of sink, mirror and tap. Broken toilet seat. This accommodation needs a good makeover.

From our first step into this resort, we were made to feel welcome. All rooms are cabana style with direct access into the most amazing pool on Gili Air. Rooms had very comfortable king size beds with amazing pillows. TV with Netflix was installed and internet access superb. A good breakfast (freshly cooked from the menu) was served next to the second infinity pool overlooking the sea. Nightly films showing on a large screen which is common in Gili Air. Especially nice was the manager and family inviting us to join in with a sing-a-long at night whilst sat on bean bags next to the pool. No, this hotel is not perfect but if it was it would have 5 stars and be much more expensive. The pools, rooms and staff will give you a 5 star experience so please do not overlook this little gem.
