The environment is very well and cared for, the breakfast and other meals are a little scarce and the staff is very friendly.
We had the bungalow next to the kitchen and the truth is that it was not the most pleasant, cleaning car at the door all day

We stayed at the Deluxe Suite with Sea View as part of our honeymoon, and it was amazing! This room is unique on the property, and there is only one Deluxe Suite. It is located above the reception on the second floor, and stands alone, away from the other rooms on the property. It had an amazing view of the beach, and was extremely spacious and luxurious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel staff came in multiple times a day to clean, refresh water, and tidy up for us. The staff was very helpful and polite. Every evening they put snacks on our bed with a local Indonesian story for us to read :) The included breakfast was served on the beach and was very good. The free rental bikes were a huge benefit to be able to ride around the island much more quickly than walking! The hotel was very close to some good restaurant options.w We highly recommend staying at Vyaana resort, especially if you are on a special trip and can reserve the Deluxe Suite!

Fantastisch resort!!! Alles tot in de details perfect!! Je voelt je als een koning daar! Service was top, heel leuk personeel!! Eten was heel goed beste uitzicht op zee het was genieten en een welkoms drankje gekregen , en als afsluiter op de gong geslagen

We spent 3 nights in this establishment made up of very well appointed bungalows with all the comforts (fridge, kettle, tea, coffee etc.). The swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained. The welcome is more than warm and all the staff are charming and attentive. Access to the beach is a few meters from the exit. Breakfast is very good and served on the beach. Bicycles are available to customers free of charge. It takes an hour to go around the island without rushing. I recommend without hesitation.

Very beautiful location with great view of the sunset. All personal very kind and helpful with for example transportation to the hotel, arrangement of tours etc.
Nice to have your own bikes to get around the island.

This place is everything!. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Lots of friendly smiles, extremely helpful staff. The hotel itself is gorgeous!! The amenities are perfect!. They had two bikes waiting for us, right outside our cabaña. Beautiful and quiet pool. The breakfast and lunch were amazing.
They even left a bedtime story with some candy by our bed, every night.
When we left, the staff went outside to waive goodbye, I almost cried!.
Thank you Vyaana resort for making our stay in Gili air, absolutely perfect.
Your staff is amazing!! 👏👏👏 I'm recommending this place to all my friends visiting Bali and Lombok.

Idyllic family stay in an upstairs family suite with a view of the beach. The services and accommodation are quality. The hotel provides bicycles, essential for getting around easily. No complaints. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, which is saying something in Bali where everyone is charming.

Really nice stay. Super friendly staff. Bikes are included. Good food but you can walk to other nearby restaurants if you like. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the large room above the reception. The hotel arranged private snorkeling tour.

Stayed for 2 nights as family of 4. Large room with 2 double beds and big bathroom, straight into large terrace overlooking pool and beach. Our Villa was above the reception area. Free bikes to use during our stay - few issues with dodgy chains but they just swapped bikes over. Staff all lovely. Arranged for us to be met when we arrived off the ferry, and got us horse/cart transport to Vyaana. Made special birthday breakfast for my son. Good breakfast. Didn’t eat here in the evenings as they didn’t sell alcohol. No hesitation in recommending a stay here.
