Palace Hotel & Spa Termas de S. Tiago is well worth a visit, the hotel is spacious, clean, comfortable and well run. The breakfast is self service with everything laid on for you and is of a high quality. The spa facilities are good, the pool has powerful jets that massage well and the staff are welcoming. The gym is small but user friendly. Situated just outside the lovely town of Penamacor in this sleepy area of Portugal, you get a real treat of a retreat here. I will come again and highly recommend.

Gostámos da estadia, o local é muito agradável e tranquilo.
O quarto espaçoso com varanda. Foi pena o ar condicionado não funcionar.
Jantámos no hotel, mas a comida era "aquecida" e não serviram o acompanhamento como estava na ementa.

O serviço não está à altura do potencial do hotel. Espeço bom. Serviço deixa algo a desejar. O restaurante é caro e não compensa, sobretudo no caso de crianças (com 10 anos já pagam o mesmo que um adulto). A sala de jantar ficou com frequência sem nenhum empregado a dar apoio, pelo que se os clientes necessitem de algo nesse periodo, não têm a quem pedir.

Os quartos tinham óptimas condições e limpeza. Termas com tempo controlado, sauna não funcionava e preços de acesso a outros serviços proibitivos.
Pequeno almoço, do que pior que vi nos últimos anos: falta de quantidade e qualidade dos produtos, sumos de pacote, serviço de mesa (tolhas, talheres...) inexistente devido ao pouco pessoal e à desorganização evidente. A culpa não será só de quem lá está mas muitos de quem "gere" à antiga.

Gostei principalmente do quarto fazia lembrar uma torre do castelo medieval, muito espaçoso. Da piscina interior com circuito e aquecida. Não gostei muito do jantar só com duas opções uma de peixe e de carne, às sobremesas estavam boas é pena não ter mais opções para intertimento dos hóspedes.

Excelentes instalaciones, atención correcta y buena relación entre calidad y precio. Estábamos prácticamente solos uno de los días de la estancia, pero los servicios no se vieron afectados. Cierto es que a esas instalaciones se les puede obtener mayor aprovechamiento.

Lamentável o funcionamento do hotel desde que chegamos dia 30 para a passagem de ano. Desde a higiene de alguns quartos ao funcionamento deficiente do AC, passando por informação incoerente de horário do jantar entre os funcionários à falta de higiene da mesa de pequeno almoço tudo cheio de migalhas e manchas de doces, com a desculpa da pandemia?? e da falta de pessoal e com a resposta dos funcionários de que eu não quero compreender??. Tenham paciência 4 estrelas... os clientes não merecem isto. o estranho é que muita gente paga e suporta tudo isto. O atendimento também é diferente para os grupos com uma maior atenção. Comida razoável mas abaixo do tipo de hotel.

Quando chegamos entramos num edifício muito bonito, espaçoso e cheio de potencial. Quarto com um tamanho muito bom e com uma cama king size. Depois... Ar condicionado avariado, procuramos outro cobertor... Não havia, tivemos que pedir. Televisão com imagem muito escura onde por vezes era difícil de ver a imagem. Luz da casa de banho muito fraca. A limpeza aparentemente boa, mas durante a noite apareceu uma mosca chata.... Pequeno almoço muito pobre tendo em conta os produtos regionais que existem naquela região. A sala onde foi servido muito pouco cuidada sem ter em conta as regras Covid.
