The Pousada was clearly designed to receive a large number of families that are visiting the Beto Carrero Park and that do not want to spend too much money. The place is very clean, the rooms are spacious and served by modern tv and air conditioning. The bed is comfortable. HOWEVER, consider the fact that the room-level I stayed in (LUXO) are all built in the same building and THEY DON'T HAVE SOUND ISOLATION. They are very noisy all night until every family decides to go to sleep. So, if you don't mind, the noise that should be alright (I know I do not). Also, the rooms are very bright and you may wake up really early - something good if you want to explore the park earlier. Breakfast is adequate - not great. It has everything you need but that's it. Nothing special. Staff is very nice and helpful. Internet is tricky and depends where your room is located. Plenty of parking space. Swimming pool is small, and the kids enjoy the little park with toys and games. Location is also good if you like a day at the beach (not the one in front, that is heavily polluted, but other in the surrounding - less that 2 minutes by car). I am not saying in the pousada anymore, because I am getting older and I want more amenities, silence, and good food. But a big family with kids may find it a good value.

Adorei a pousada, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e o atendimento foi excelente. A pousada fica bem localizada com mercado e restaurante por perto. Ficamos no quarto duplo, com cama espaçosa, tv smart e o chuveiro quentinho. Esperamos voltar em breve.

Esta foi a minha quarta estadia no Hotel Penha e provavelmente voltarei a me hospedar no estabelecimento. Porém, há que se considerar alguns aspectos. Nas duas primeiras estadias, fiquei hospedado em um quarto bastante apertado, contendo uma cama de casal e uma beliche. Tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro eram relativamente pequenos. Nas duas últimas visitas, ficamos no quarto 201 (muito espaçoso) e no 308. Este último é gigantesco, com uma cama de casal e três de solteiro, além de possuir um banheiro muito grande, inclusive o box, e o chuveiro tinha bastante saída de água. O café da manhã é muito saboroso e diversificado, algo que sempre nos agradou bastante. A piscina também agrada bastante, tendo um tamanho suficiente para receber diversos hóspedes, mas geralmente fica sempre com pouco movimento. Não é possível ir andando do hotel até o parque (cerca de 5 km). A praia é muito próxima do hotel, assim como um grande supermercado. Há razoáveis opções de alimentação também próximas ao hotel. O hotel oferece estacionamento fechado, também um grande diferencial. Algo que desta vez foi muito ruim é o wi-fi no quarto. Ficamos hospedados por 6 dias e em nenhum deles a internet esteve disponível no meu quarto. A minha esposa estava trabalhando e teve que ficar o tempo todo na área de refeição para conseguir se conectar no wi-fi da recepção. Este aspecto foi bastante ruim. Ressalto também que o preço foi relativamente alto, para o padrão da hospedagem (R$ 383,00 para uma reserva feita com 3 meses de antecedência). Porém, identifiquei que havia na região uma alta em quase todas as hospedagens. Por fim, o hotel também não possui elevador.

LUGAR INCRÍVEL, ESTAVA COM MINHA FAMÍLIA VOU ÓTIMO, LUGAR SIMPLES MAIS TUDO MUITO LIMPO E ORGANIZADO. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ COM MUITAS OPÇÕES, ALMOÇAMOS E JANTAMOS TAMBÉM , VARIAS OPÇÕES DE CARNES, MUITA VARIEDADE DE SALADAS. SEM FALAR DO ÓTIMO ATENDIMENTO DAS GARÇONETES E DOS GARÇOS. PARABÉNS.

We like the quality of the service, room and breakfast. The parking is a little tight but sufficient. Good location. I could improve the hygiene issue, when you arrive in a room it is unpleasant to find others' hair on the floor ... I think the cleaning of hotels and hostels should always be perfect, without having to ask for it to anyone.
