Расположена в торце, на первом этаже жилого дома. Территориально, достаточно удобно, есть магазины, кафе неподалеку. Имеется собственная автостоянка. Здорово, что при заселении выдают ключи от номера с магнитиком для входного замка с улицы (не нужно звонить и долго стоять пока сотрудники откроют дверь). В отеле и номере чисто, достаточно современно. На утро можно выбрать один из двух вариантов завтрака. Мы выбрали кашку и блинчики. Также в горячему прилагались: хлеб, йогурт, масло, ждем, сливки, плавленный сырок и чоко-пай. ОЧЕНЬ СЫТНО! Единственное, что омрачило мое пребывание в гостинице это - ночной дождь. Точнее, необоснованно длинный (широкий) отлив за окном, который сильно торчит. И капли, которые летели с крыши дома, с грохотом врезались в этот отлив. Ночью, каждая капля, будто гвоздь, забиваемый в голову. Спать было невозможно. Решается эта проблема максимум за пол часа подрезкой отлива! В целом, можно рекомендовать к посещению!!!
