I have not stayed at the hotel because they refused to check me in. The hote said ******* should not let you make the reservation because it’s after the check in time.

My room wasn’t ready until 8PM! I arrived at 1PM waited 7 hours for my room only to end up with one pillow pillowcases were still hot clean by 10:45pm staff is over worked and need help other guests are rude to the staff not abiding by no smoking policies and not picking up after their pets it seems this is a homeless shelter more than a hotel

Tv didn’t work and the floors were dirty. Outside there was a bunch of trash in the parking lot, and a 6 pack of empty beer cans in the bushes right out front

First of all when I entered my information into ******* I asked for two nights. Second the place is a Nongovernmental organization because everyone there were illegal aliens paid for by our tax dollars.
The place was filthy, noisy from the partying, the TV did not work and I reported it was not fixed. No complimentary soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The room its self was okay and cleaner than the hallways.
I made my reservation on ******* for two nights with my credit card. At check in the clerk at the desk confirmed we were there for two nights. The next day I got a call from the front desk asking if we were checking out. Surprised, I said we’re here for two nights and he said no, so I asked how much for the second night, it was $130.00 we declined and left.
I checked my reservation through the ******* website and it says two night stay, what a scam.

Check in was quick and smooth. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping didn’t come to the door not once during our 3 night stay. So if you need fresh towels or toiletries you gotta request it or ask a housekeeper nearby. I did not see any bugs which is one of my biggest fears when staying at hotels. So that was a plus! Over all. Our stay was comfortable.

Room wasn’t the cleanest. Found 4 roaches in the bathroom. No hair dryer or shampoo / conditioner already in room called FD twice to request some but the line just rang and rang. Only one elevator so there is a bit of a wait. Felt rushed checking out because 2 seperate workers came to knock on door to ask if we got extended when it was only 1030 and checkout is 11am. Marie at the FD was very nice however. Her customer service was very attentive.
