Beautifully renovated 2 bed, 2 bath + jacuzzi appt with v high quality fixtures and fittings. Views to die for over the lake. Beware, 119 steps up to apartment, but each and everyone worth it just to meet the lovely hostess Melissa who was so attentive and helpful breakfast right on the lake at their sister hotel Admiral. What’s not to like?

We are staying at a vacation rental in Kotor and after 3 different day visits (via a short 1.50 Euro Blue Line bus visit) decided to book a room in Perast now that the crowds have dropped from our early times in August (along with the hot temperatures we were getting a few of those days (35C+). We contacted the Admiral Hotel but the 220 Euro per night was rather steep for our liking but after returning from a 3 day visit to the capital, Podgorica, we were charged a 62 Euro per night cost, including free breakfast in the Admiral's Apartments. The 100 steps we were warned of were not really accurate (it was far less, and it rewarded us with a peaceful/quiet residence, for a 1 minute, couple flights of stairs!) We stayed in the Admiral Apartment #03 and we could not have been happier. The young lady who manages these apartments is an angel (I'm terrible with names) - very friendly, kind, and proud of the units she looks after. We were located just above the St. Nikolas bell tower (see our photo of the view we were greeted with outside on our front door deck with chairs & table), plus we had a 2 other decks, one with chairs & sun loungers around the opposite side. Our apartment had 1 bedroom with TV in the bedroom (?) and a wall safe, a generous-sized full kitchenette with dining table (access onto a back deck), BIG 3 piece bathroom (with shower) and a separate living room with French doors onto this big deck. This 1 bedroom unit was perfect for our stay and the spotlessy clean updated fun interior with loads of ceiling lights & lamps was the ideal place to return to at night to relax with a cold beverage from the fridge, while the free breakfast in the morning, ordered from the menu on the Admiral restaurant's waterfront deck, was a lovely bonus too. Site enchanteur! Situé un peu en retrait du centre ville , tout près de la route principale de la ville ( celle qui la contourne ) sans pour autant entendre les voitures . Appartement merveilleux, vue à couper le souffle sur le cloché de l’église saint Nicolas . On voit très bien les îles . 130 marches nous séparent de la rive 😊. Restos à proximité . Le restaurant de l’hôtel est super . Petits déjeuners inclus . A la carte . Choix diversifié et santé . A savoir , pour les appartements, on stationne (gratuitement le long de la route principale) attention aux coquins qui en période estivale voudront vous faire payer ke gros prix aux deux entrées de la ville . La femme de chambre Maridza… un pur soleil ! Présente , souriante , disponible . Site pittoresque qui le soir venu, au déport des touristes devient tout à fait magique et calme . Vous pouvez aller à Kotor en bus , ligne blue , à la sortie de la ville , 1,5 euros . Alors aucun souci de stationnement.

Just returned from a 10 day stay in Montenegro, having stayed in Budva, Kotor, Admiral Apartments and Perast were the highlight of our holiday. The apartment had everything we could wish for, maintained to the highest standard by the lovely housekeeper who was always available with a smile, and gave great advice. The views from the apartment and terrace were absolutely amazing, breakfast at the Admiral hotel was tasty and ample, and staff always courteous and friendly. If we were to return to Montenegro, Perast and Admiral, Apartments /Hotel would definitely be our first choice of accommodation and i would recommend to anyone, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Admiral for a great stay!!

veritable coup de coeur pour perast et sa meilleure ambassadrice milicia (proprietaire avenante, parlant anglais de ce sublime appartement spacieux et confortable ) l hebergement fait face a l'eglise et en arrire plan une vue a couper le souffle sur la montagne et la mer ... lorsque la nuit tombe on se rend a pied a la vieille ville pour deguster les mets locaux. petit bemol , perast est a l etroit entre montagne et mer... pour se rendre a l appart ca monte et ca descend severe... mais bon vous pourrez vous reposer sur l'une des terrasses en degustant le vin offert par milicia ... encore merci madame .

Wonderful views over Perast and “Lady on the rocks” and churc. Nice big apartments with all equipments and balconies, lovely hostess 🧡 Good air conditioning. Peacefulness 💛 Perast is worth visiting place in Europe/World Heritage place 😎 Many steps👣

Wir hatten das Premium Apartment mit Dachterrasse - das lohnt sich! Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und das Apartment lädt zum entspannen und genießen ein. Das Restaurant war wegen der Nebensaison noch nicht geöffnet, was ein bisschen schade war, aber das von der Gastgeberin jeden morgen selbst gemachte Frühstück war immer super gut. Die Ausstattung vorallem in der Küche könnte etwas besser und neuer sein, aber für die Basic reicht es vollkommen aus. Das Bad ist groß, mit Fenster und die Dusche sehr gut. Das Bett war sehr bequem und bei der ruhe insgesamt im Perast haben wir guten Schlaf genossen. (Nur hell ist es! Ich empfehle eine Schlafmaske.)

Perfekte Unterkunft im ruhigen Perast. Sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Am besten oben (!) an der Hauptstraße parken (nicht in den Ort fahren) und dann die Treppen benutzen. Dafür muss man allerdings gut zu Fuß sein. Unterkunft sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Unglaubliche Aussicht. Da das Restaurant im April noch nicht geöffnet hatte wurde mir ein indivuduelles Frühstück zubereitet. Sehr lecker. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Definitiv zu empfehlen. Die beste Unterkunft währen meiner Montenegro Rundreise.
