Vila Perast Boutique Hotel

Die 2 Punkte gibt es für das Frühstück das gut war und den freundlichen Herren, der uns mit dem Golfcar vom Parkplatz außerhalb Perast zum Hotel und zurück gebracht hat. Der Rest war ausbaufähig: Wir hatten das günstigste Zimmer gebucht, weil wir in der Regel nicht sehr anspruchsvoll sind - lasst das bitte bleiben! Wir haben zu zweit auf einer Schlafcouch übernachtet die unsagbar hart war und dementsprechend schlecht habe wir geschlafen. Das Bad war nicht / nicht sauber geputzt: Barthaare am Waschbecken, schmutziges Seifenspender mit fremdem Haar, Wasserhahn. Das Geld definitiv nicht wert.

Aspettative decisamente deluse. La camera pulita ma molto semplice. Il bagno piccolo, niente bidet ( me lo aspettavo all’estero ma in un hotel a questo livello!!!) il wc perde acqua ( nonostante richiesta di intervento del tecnico risollecitata alle ore 9,00 ed effettuata esattamente al nostro rientro dal mare nel pom. Porta asciugamani staccati dal muro e lasciati li’ e nessun appoggio per i prodotti di igiene e una pedana doccia in plastica peggio di una lastra di ghiaccio in inverno!!!

C’est à contre cœur que je mets cette note car l’emplacement est top, le personnel adorable, l’hôtel agréable. Le petit déjeuner est bien également. Mais la literie est déplorable, le sommier est une planche en bois ce qui a pour conséquence que dès que vous bougez dans la nuit le lit grince !! Enfin le matelas n’est pas confortable. Pour votre information : il n’y a pas de parking à l’hôtel et vous ne pouvez pas circuler en voiture dans la ville. Vous devrez stationner à l’extérieur pour 15€/jour et l’hôtel vous enverra une voiture vous chercher.

Let me start by saying that we were only there to eat, so the comment does not concern the hotel. Don't be fooled by the undoubtedly nice place, with tables directly overlooking the sea: we ordered two fish main courses and a "starter" (I quote their menu), but all the courses arrived together and, having pointed this out to them, we received the reply a "you should have told me straight away that you wanted it first", so why include it in the "starters" menu? We then took some house white wine and they brought it to us with ICE inside. I wonder: why should I drink watered down wine? Finally, the two fish dishes we ordered (octopus and sea bass) were absolutely not up to the price and location.

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits à la Vila Perast et nous avons été très heureux d’en avoir fait notre point de chute pour dans la baie de Kotor. L’hôtel se trouve au centre de Perast, un petite ville digne d’une carte postale, pleine de charmes et d’attraits, à quelques kilomètres de Kotor, de son agitation et de son trafic dense, à proximité d’Herceg Novi et de la péninsule du Lutsica. Séjourner dans la ville permet de profiter du calme le matin et des charmes de ses rives à la tombée de la nuit, une fois la grandes majorités des touristes partis. La Vila Perast est très bien situé, au cœur de la ville, des restaurants, près de ses 17 églises et de sa plage privée. Tout se en quelques minutes à pieds. L’hôtel est construit dans une demeure bourgeoise qui a su garder son charme en bénéficiant d’une rénovation récente. Le personnel est adorable, plein de bons conseils et toujours ravies du vous aider. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, lumineuse, décorée avec goût. La literie est très bonne et nous n’avons constaté aucun problème d’insonorisation. Hôtel idéale aussi pour les familles qui disposent de chambre pour 4 personnes et d’un personnel qui adorent les enfants! Nous y retournerons avec un grand plaisir! This hotel is one big lie. The rooms do not match the photos at all. When we arrived (late July-early August), we were taken to the attic floor, where each (we were traveling with another couple) was given an attic room. My friend could barely stand up. We supposedly had a room for 3 people (3 separate beds), but no idea where they could place the 3rd bed. Because of this we even paid more than a regular room with a double bed. We had booked 3 nights in this hotel, but left after 1 night. One bed creaked and squeaked, the other bed was just a sofa bed without a mattress, just a hard board. The used towels from the previous travelers were still in our room, the velux curtains did not close completely, so that a lot of light entered the room from early in the morning. The air conditioning was not allowed to be moved, otherwise warm air would come out. Since this air conditioner was blowing very fiercely towards the t****e bed, it was not possible to leave the air conditioner on at night. This made it warm again very quickly in the room (especially since we slept under the roof). When we asked for an upgrade, we were able to book a room as in the picture, but for an additional € 360. As an encore, they wanted to give us another € 60 discount. Of course we did not do this, as this hotel was / is not worth it at all. The receptionist told us that they often received these comments / complaints from tourists, but that the manager of the hotel usually does not respond to this. When we left after the first night, we were confirmed by email that we would get our money back for the remaining 2 nights. Until now we were not allowed to see a single euro back and we even received an email back that they would not refund anything. Booking also fails to fulfill its obligations here and opens its umbrella. Be smart and don't book this hotel!!
