I really enjoyed my stay at the Sonesta. The views of the Coffee Cultural Landscape are stunning and the rooms are super comfortable. The pool and bar are perfect — highly recommend trying the Margaritas! The walking trail around the lake is beautiful, and breakfast was fantastic.
Only a couple of things could be better: the wine cellar at Cooks restaurant was almost empty, and since the hotel is far from the city, it would be great if they had a shuttle bus or something similar.

The hotel is always reliable and offers clean, modern rooms at a good price. This is my go to chain in Colombia. The breakfast is good, the staff in the restaurant is nice, there is a good variety at breakfast, and there is an espresso machine. This one is less appealing
