Una experiencia que no repetiría, no es considerable el costo beneficio. Reservamos la habitación más costosa esperando encontrar confort en el lugar. Y para sorpresa de nosotros, la habitación no tenía ni Smart Tv, ni red wifi por lo que no pude ver ni películas ni escuchar música, incluso no tiene teléfono para comunicarse con recepción. Por lo que si deseas algo, tienes que desplazarte desde la habitación. Realmente no vale la pena pagar este monto en este lugar. En cuanto a la atención al cliente el personal es atento, sin embargo al manifestarle las incomodidades presentadas no hacen nada frente a ello.

No hay agua caliente y en la ducha habían pelos, el inodoro estaba mojado al rededor, no tienen suficientes empleados, entonces el servicio es malo porque están tan cansados que tienen mala actitud, aparte la administradora habla mal de los huéspedes con otros huéspedes del hotel. Un día no pudimos usar la piscina porque no había quien le hiciera mantenimiento. Tiene buena ubicación

Mejorar la atencion en cuanto a hacerlo serntir como en casa y tener la opcion de restaurante como comidas rapidas y bebidas, ya que en la pagina habla de restaurante abierto al publico y estaba cerrado por lo cual se debe salir. Es mas un lugar para aquellos que van de paso.

Las fotos que fueron enviadas , no son la realidad del hotel no es tan colorido como se ve, las instalaciones están algo deterioradas la atención en cuanto al servicio muy regular , no sobresale esa cultura amable que caracteriza a Pereira , la solicitud de elementos de aseo fue repetitiva ! No cumplió mis espectivas

Me gusta mucho este hotel. Debo ir a la zona de Cerritos por trabajo y siempre me quedo en este hotel. Me gusta mucho porque es muy tranquilo, pequeño y ofrecen un buen servicio. El precio es cómodo con relación a la zona.
