Days Inn by Wyndham Sandusky / Cedar Point

Clean and courteous staff. Disappointed that the bar was not open but otherwise a good visit.

It’s a room with a bed. It’s not luxurious. It’s clean-ish, as long as you don’t mind other people’s hairs everywhere Side doors don’t lock, so no security

Reserved a room on Hotel Tonight and got a great deal. I didn’t like the online check in but it turned out to be be very efficient. The hotel was clean, the shower hot and forceful and it exceeded my expectations. I had a recent bad experience with Days Inns but you have reassured my impression for future use.

The remodel has made the rooms look amazing and refreshed. The hotel is only few minutes away from Cedar Point and Kalahari and great Wolf Lodge are down the street. Plenty of food Options and shopping near by, including Sonic, which is next door.

This place was nothing special. The housekeeping staff can't follow directions. There was no hot water one of our nights there. I contacted the front desk and they said it was being worked on "as we speak". The next morning, there was no hot water again and I went downstairs in person. The clerk said the repair people were on their way. So, the clerk the night before lied to me. No one ever apologized for the situation. As a positive, the room was clean. We stayed 5 nights to do stuff in the area. There are so many better options in the area. I would probably stay elsewhere, if I were to ever come back to that area.

Supposedly a $50 security deposit came out that I have never received back when I was told I would and the actual workers had no idea what was going on or anything about their job. Their supervisor was a very nice respectful professional person.

Over all a good place to stay

Management is a joke. They gave us keycards for a room that already had guests checked into it. We checked in on Friday night and I called to make a complaint on Monday morning about our stay and they said there was nothing they could do about because we didn’t address it when we checked out Saturday morning. Never staying at a Days Inn again.
