The hotel has a price of €92 (paid €78), which requires an appropriate room, as well as those of the same group, Kyriad and Campanile. The receptionist of incompetence and insolence without name is unfortunate and has no meaning of client relationship and customer service. This is a very nice hotel, slightly out of the town centre (which is probably a good thing). We had a Privilege room which was very good, with views across a park and towards the town centre. The staff were all excellent, charming and helpful. They have a restaurant which doubles as a breakfast room in the morning. The menu is small but adequate which starts at 19:30 but you can get the Tapas menu from 18:30 onwards. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which can take you to the train station and Canet plage. There is also a roof terrace and a 1st floor terrace. Unfortunately wi-fi was not available in the hotel rooms during our stay although you could log into it in the reception area. Apparently there was a breakdown with their normal system which they were trying to fix. If you are going to Perpignan I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We came to spend a night stay with my son and my husband, we arrived at 14:00 and the wedding of the reception was really sympathetic, she put you a spacious room so my son has room . We made a sest after lunch and were really quiet . The rooms are refurbished, it's not new it's safe, but for the price it's very right, for people who criticize you well add 30 euros more for your room and you go next. We went out tonight and the parking was secure, a security agent was present in the hotel . When breakfast was a pleasant surprise , because breakfast is really cool , chocolate paw , pumpkin , cheese , white cheese all who need . I have already made hotels where breakfast costs EUR 12 and there was much less than that . We fell on a Laurie who welcomed us in an exceptional way, between courtesy and professionalism we were happy to welcome us. Despite the small rooms we stayed in view of the courtesy and the benevolence of our reception We will return with great pleasure

This is one of two Ibis on the same site (Ibis Budget next door). A standard Ibis experience, with no problems. Easy to find, and convienent for autoroute. Reception efficient. Parking is dedicated, off street and secure. Room is standard Ibis: clean tidy etc. Like many of these Ibis it is located on a business/industrial park so there is nothing to do/see around it. We did not use the bar or breakfast so cannot comment. I summary - book with confidence.

Questa zona va benissimo per le persone che fanno viaggi di trasferimento verso la Spagna. Il Kyriad hotel, a differenza degli altri alberghi vicini (Brit, B&B, Premiere), è più curato ed il parcheggio non è proprio davanti alle camere (come gli altri, tutti simili fra loro). Dunque più silenzioso. Inoltre il parcheggio è chiuso di notte, quindi un po' più sicuro. Io mi sono trovato molto bene . Inoltre, il receptionist parlava anche l'italiano (!!!!). Incredibile ! 😊😊 Io non ho mangiato, dato che dovevo fare un.viaggio molto lungo...
