I stayed here for 8 days.
Can’t beat it for the price. HBO, Cinemax plus regular channels.
Can walk down to Burger King, subway, McDonald’s, Wendy’s. Plus gas station has everything you need if you forgot something.

Outside of property is in bad shape and looks run down with only a couple of cars and the pool had maintance sign up but looked terrible however the room looked like just remodeled new carpet in room and outside hwy. I was impressed and would stay again and recommend. Nice continental breakfast that I was happy with

This motel was a great value in the price range. Our room was very clean. It had a new carpet. The beds were very comfortable and the linens quite nice. It was a nice roomy room. The only thing I would say was the air conditioner was extremely noisy. The exterior of the property didn't look great, but our room made up for it. The breakfast was better than I expected for this price motel. The owner/receptionist was great, he was very kind to our grandson. We stayed here during June of 2022.

The second day (Saturday) the room was not cleaned, had to get towels. Rooms were clean upon arrival, very comfortable beds. I would stay there again!

This places doesn’t look like much but it’s around a lot of restaurants and the area felt generally safe from vagrants which I didn’t feel was the case with a cluster of hotels a few miles south on the highway.
